Yesterday I was listening to an interview with former NFL running back and MMA fighter, Herschel Walker.
He was asked how many pushups he’d done so far today.
Walker replied: “1,500 pushups this morning and 2,500 situps.”
I’ve long championed Herschel Walker as a prime example of bodyweight exercises.
And today, while many of his contemporaries are out of commission, he’s still going strong.
His body isn’t ruined from weight training. He doesn’t have torn tendons and ligaments from overuse and/or steroid usage.
And he’s still kicking ass.
Gotta love Herschel Walker.
P.S. Get on the bodyweight training system that shook up the world – Combat Conditioning, plus a whole lot more.
