Power Wheel Tightens Abs Lightning Fast
Last month, at my Universal Health, Strength and Power Seminar - Brooks Kubik brought out his Power Wheel. I grabbed it and immediately demonstrated a full roll-out from standing. To my chagrin I had to stop a bit short of where I wanted to go because my abs were still sore from using the Power Wheel the day before.
I tossed the Power Wheel to Eddie Baran, whom you know from The Secret Power of Handstand Training as well as Primate Power (and quick hint - Eddie is coming out with a sensational book on women's fitness next month - stay tuned).
Eddie grabbed it and rolled all the way out and back, too. He went a bit further than I did - but I had my excuse - hu-hmmm.
"My abs are still sore, otherwise I'd a beaten what he did."
Everyone laughed.
Eddie then tossed the extraordinary ab sculpting device to Brooks Kubik, and Brooks rolled all the way out, stayed in position, then began doing close grip pushups from an extended position, before returning to the starting position.
Well, excuses or not - neither Eddie nor I wanted to try to duplicate that one whilst everyone was watching.
I first told the world about the Power Wheel back in December of 2000, and it is still a mainstay of the Furey Faithful. When you combine it with the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener and other exercises in Combat Abs - you'll go far.
Incidentally, in Combat Abs I give you a complete routine to use with the Power Wheel. It'll turn your abs into slabs of granite incredibly fast.
If you don't have a Power Wheel yet, be sure to click the links to it in this blog. It'll make a believer out of you, that's for sure.
I wouldn't try to do a full rollout from standing right away, either. Begin by doing short rollouts from your knees. These alone can leave you mighty sore. They strengthen your abs, lower back and torso so fast you'll think you've gone straight to heaven.
Those of you who have really severe back pain may not be able to use the Power Wheel effectively. You're better off beginning with some lighter, easier exercises. If you have a physician who knows something other than drugs, medicine, and surgery, he might be able to advise you. Or you can just go ahead and get the Power Wheel and Combat Abs and see what he thinks.
Who knows?
Maybe he'll recognize a good thing and do what so many other intelligent physicians are already doing: Following Fure-cat's training advice.
Kick ass - take names!
