94 Year Old Does Combat Conditioning
Dear Friend,
When I was a young lad growing up in Io-way (as my uncle
Jack used to call it - he was a Nebraskan, and oddly enough,
hated the Cornhuskers), I used to love the snowy winters.
There were three good reasons, too. During the winter I got
to workout in ways that I couldn't duplicate during the spring,
summer or fall.
Por ejemplo, one of my favorite exercise routines was shoveling
snow. In fact, in a sense, I sort of shoveled snow for a living.
No, I didn't use a snow-blower or any other mechanical gadget.
I got out a real shovel and scooped driveways, sidewalks - and
at times, when cars were snowed in - portions of the street.
And I charged for my services. Afterall, it was hard work and
deserved a reward.
Want to know something very, very cool.
One of my childhood "clients" ... was Dr. Barels, our family dentist,
who lived a few doors down from us. Today, he's 94 years old. And he
recently sent my parents a Christmas card in which he said that he
and his wife have Combat Conditioning and exercise every morning.
Let me tell you, THAT made my year.
Another workout I used to do in the snowy Iowa winters was "snow
drift running."
I'd put on a pair of "sh*t kickers" - twas what we called 'em - go out
into a vacant lot and run sprints through the snow as hard as I could.
It was the ultimate leg workout. In some ways, much better than running
hill sprints. Your foot would sink into the snow a foot or so and you'd have
to quickly pull it out to keep running. Man, was that fun.
A third workout was ice hockey. Didn't really know what we were doing and
nothing was formalized in terms of rules, but hey, we had the sticks, the pucks,
and the skates. And we had a park where the community filled an empty lot
with water during the freezing cold months.
It was great fun - and yes, in order to be authentic hockey players, we had
plenty of fights.
Yes, I miss those days of exuberant youthfulness.
And even though I now live in 60 degree Florida sunshine (and that's too cold
for me now so I'm going to our China vacation home very soon), I'm still able
to get some winter workouts in that I love. Thanks to Combat Conditioning,
Combat Abs and the programs detailed in my other international best-sellers.
By the way, you can get seven of my best-selling products, including the books
mentioned above, for "nuthin." Just leap over the fence and see what I mean
by going here.
Kick butt - take names,

P.S. Before I forget, we have another really cool special offer we just came out
with.
It's called the Furey Fight Back Pack. I've never put anything together like this
before, so you'll want to read all about it. You can do so by trotting your buggy
on
over to here.
P.P.S. Note to Dr. Barels: Still remember the nitro. Man, that was good stuff.
Thanks for being such a good neighbor, and dentist.
P.P.P.S. Our new Primate Power program is almost two-thirds of the way sold
out. Now that's fast. Make sure you take a look while we have them for sale.
