5 Second Abs and Stress Relief

The other day, a client named Vince told me that he does 5 Second Abs at work, before his computer.

He's in one of those big, dumb corporations - as I like to call 'em - and he maintains emotional control by focusing on his breathing while flexing and releasing his abs.
