Anytime, Anywhere ... Bud
Dear Friend,
One the great things about Combat Conditioning is that it can be done anywhere. Also, like yourself, sometimes
I am so busy that I don't have an HOUR to work out, and
I have to "find time" to get my exercises in.
During a normal day I invariably find myself standing in some
sort of line. Those of you who have young children certainly
know what I mean.
This is a great place to get some exercise in ... on the fly.
And if you can get your kids to do it with you - why hell, you
won't have to chase them around.
The other day my son Frank and I were waiting in a line at his
school to register for a special outing. Since Frank has the same
blood as his dad, he has trouble when things are slow.
And because Frank loves exercise, I said, "Hey Frank, how about
some exercise." He said, "Yeah!"
We stepped to the right and started doing the "Tai Chi Waist Turners."
This exercise is one of the Magnificent Seven, found in Combat Abs and it's awesome because
it massages the internal organs, realigns the lumbar vertebrae and helps
reduce excess flab-ola around the waist-ola.
After one set a couple of other kids came over and wanted to get in on
the fun. We did another set, and then some Dynamic Side Bends - also
in Combat Abs.
I was getting in my exercise, the kids were having a blast, and a lot parents
got some relaxation. I even did a few pushups with kids on my back for some
extra fun. And all of a sudden, it was our turn for signatures, and Frank and I
were out of there.
There is no reason "why" you can't hustle in some exercise while you wait.
Afterall, "Anytime, Anywhere ... Bud" should be your motto.
Yes, there are a multitude of bodyweight exercises that can be done in a
few minutes in a minimum amount of space. The beauty of Combat Conditioning is that
it's portable. And, to answer one of those FAQ's - you better believe kids
CAN do these exercises. Frank started doing them as soon as he could
walk.
Kick butt - take names!

P.S. Don't wait to go to the gym, or to find the perfect environment to exercise.
I always think of something I heard Uncle Miltie (Milton Berle - RIP) say many
years ago. (The TV was black and white so I know it was a long time ago.)
Uncle Miltie said, "If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door." The "door" is
found at Furey Central.
P.P.S. BTW, tons of you ran on over to check out my all new Stay-At-Home Internet
Millionaire program. You're keeping the girls mighty busy, that's for sure. If you
haven't investigated yet - take your microscope on over to here.
