They Came, They Saw, They Felt
Dear Friend,
Last night I gave a presentation in Delray Beach, Florida, at a
health symposium. Preceding my talk were Jon Herring of
Early to Rise, Dr. Joseph Mercola and Dr. Al Sears.
Imagine that, will you.
Ole Fure-cat and his highly offensive nature running anchor with
three highly regarded health professionals.
Jon Herring led the evening with a talk about sunlight and the importance
it truly does play in your health. Absolutely incredible the amount of
disinformation we've been fed on skin cancer and sun exposure. Especially
when you consider how skin cancer rates have gone through the freaking roof
since the introduction of sun screens. Absolutely amazing how the so-called
health professionals want to prevent you from enjoying the seven basic
necessities for a grand life. Pretty soon we'll be told not to breath ... that
doing so causes lung cancer.
Dr. Joseph Mercola - www.mercola.com - spoke at length about the
harm we do to our bodies by eating processed, sugary foods as well
as grains. He also raved about the importance of exercise - and how
critiical it is to overall health and longevity. One of the highlights
of his talk was when he stated, emphatically, that Type II Diabetes
and exercise are incompatible. If you exercise regularly the chances
of you getting Type II Diabetes are virtually nil.
Another high point of Dr. Mercola's talk was how he advocated fish
oil. Very important that we get more fish oil - not necessarily
more fish.
Dr. Al Sears - www.alsearsmd.com - talk was phenomenal as well. He showed case
studies with before and after photos proving that LSD - i.e. long-distance
cardio is NOT the way to a healthy heart. In fact, he proved that
those who run marathons are destroying their lung capacity, not
expanding it. The proof is simple. How many marathoners have a
big barrel chest housing powerhouse lungs.
Yes, I realize some people reading this email run marathons. And if
that's your cup of tea, I'm all for you. I ran one as well back in the
early 90's. But make no mistake about it, enjoyment of activity does
NOT mean it is the best thing for you. If you want to build your heart and
lungs, do as Dr. Sears (and I) have long advocated: Do plenty of body
weight calisthenics as well as sprints.
When it was my turn to speak I figured I'd wake the group up to another
level of consciousness. Afterall, it was nearly 10 P.M. when I spoke and
it had been a long day. Well, imagine the collective surprise when I had them
massaging their ears and slapping various pressure points on their bodies, ala
my Chinese Long-Life.
Wake up they did.
FEEL IT - they did. And they couldn't reach for their own set of the program fast
enough. If I were you I'd follow their lead.
Anyway, three hours later I was still up talking with Michael Masterson, the
pioneer
behind Early to Rise. He told me, "Matt, when you got up to speak I was
tired. I was planning on going home after your talk. But I'm so energized
right now I can't believe it. That was awesome."
Both Michael and I are early risers. Both of us normally hit the hay at a
reasonable hour - but sometimes, when the energy is really, really flowing,
you gotta make an exception.
So make sure you jump in and get your set of the Chinese Long-Life just like the people did
last night. We're down to 30 more sets at the introductory amount, then the price
is going up considerably.
Don't delay - kick butt TODAY. That means NOW.

Matt Furey
P.S. Have high blood pressure or a bit anxious you may develop it. Well,
there's an incredible exercise in the Chinese Long-Life System that may
take care of it for you. Get the program and see for yourself by going here.
