The Power of a Combat Conditioning Checklist
Dear Friend,
Some people write to tell me that they have a problem
with motivation. They get fired up about training, then
they just forget about it.
In today's world, with all the distractions, I agree that
it can be a challenge at times. Yet, there is a "cure"
for this tendency. I call it "Your Daily Checklist."
Here's how it worketh: Type up a sheet of paper
with the following at the top:
Exercises To Do Each Day
That Improve the Quality of My Life.
Once you've typed this, you can make a list of your
favorite exercises in my books and courses. To the
left of each exercise is a line. This is where a little
check mark goes when you've done your daily
exercises.
For example, it would look a like dis:
______ Royal Court
______ Karl Gotch Bible
______ Hill Sprints
______ Rope skipping
______ Magnificent Seven (see Combat Abs)
______ Deep Breathing Exercises
______ Hand and Wrist Strengthening
______ Scab Run (see Combat Conditioning)
______ Power Wheel exercises
Again, this is simply a sample of things you could put on your
checklist. Each day, you make sure you do a few things on this
list. Put a check mark by those that you have done - and guess
what? You get a great feeling of accomplishment pulsing through
your veins. I use checklists each and every day. They keep me
focused - big time.
No .... you don't do all of the exercises on your checklist everyday -
well, maybe you don't do all of them just yet - but let me tell ya - some
members of the Matt Furey Inner Circle - they are relentless butt-kickers
and they are consistently whomping butt. Guys like Aaron McKenzie, Bill
Hardcastle,
Phillips Wiegand, Tony Griffin and many, many others.
If you want to find out what they're doing and why they're so motivated -
it's because they get daily reminders and advice from me - as well as answers
to their questions. If you want to get online coaching from me as
well, then be sure to check us out at www.mattfureyinnercircle.com
Also, you can get two complimentary months in the Matt Furey Inner Circle,
that's two months of coaching from me and my staff, when you invest in my
international best-selling Combat Conditioning book and videos. That's the
way most people are going. So get your Combat Conditioningbook and videos

Last of all, my sincere apologies to those who inquired about doing a full-day
consultation with me. I'm not going to be able to do anymore this year. I simply
have too much on my plate right now with a seminar in early August on "How to
Build an Info-Publishing Empire - www.knockoutmarketing.com - trips to
several foreign countries - followed by a "Combat Conditioning Training Camp" that
I have planned for early December - information will be forthcoming on that (it
will be
held in Tampa).
All for now.
Kick butt - Take Names!
P.S. This November I will be in Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand as
part
of Mal Emery's Global Publishing Seminars. Each seminar is three days long, but I
will
have a couple days off in between events. I am interested in holding a one-day
Combat Conditioning seminar in Sydney. If you would like to help sponsor and
promote such an event, please send email to fureyseminar@mattfurey.com with the
headline
"CC Seminar in Australia."
