Combat Conditioning and Sex Drive
Dear Friend,
As much as I extol the health and fitness benefits of
Combat Conditioning, and there are dozens, let's cut to
the meat of the matter. Today I am going to go "way out"
on a limb. I'm going to do something I normally don't do
at all. I'm going to talk about that wonderful thing so many
of us love, S-E-X.
Before I do, though, let me stress once again:
Yes, Combat Conditioning will make you burn fat faster
than ever before. Yes, it will give you healthy, functional,
natural looking muscle. Yes, it helps many people with
nagging joint pain. Yes, it gives you energy. And yes, it
improves your life from the inside out.
But perhaps the ultimate benefit is what it does for your
sex life or, for those of you who are celebate, what it does
for your sexual energy or drive.
There are some exercises that increase sex drive more
than others. Today, let me give you three of them.
3 Combat Conditioning Exercises That Increase Sex Drive
- Sprints - again, don't do them until you're ready. But
anything that naturally increases growth hormone and
testosterone levels, as sprints do, WILL and MUST increase
your sex drive. Without going into illustrious detail, I can
say I KNOW this to be a fact. Oooooooh.
- The bridge - this exercise opens up all the channels in
the body. Just examine a photo of the bridge and you'll
readily see that it MUST increase sex drive.
- Hindu pushups - Did you know you can make this exercise
even more enjoyable by saying "oooh" when you look to the
ceiling and "aaaah" when you push back to the starting position.
Notice that the "oooh" is akin to an inhale while the "aaaah" is
an exhale. And you THOUGHT these were just sounds, huh?
Look, I don't care what anyone says: Sex is good! And
one of the main purposes of exercise is to increase sex
drive. When you lose your sex drive, you lose confidence -
and so anything you can do to maintain, or better yet,
increase it, provided it is a healthy practice - is a good
idea.
Now, do NOT equate sexual energy with "having sex."
They are two entirely different things.
When you see someone with a lot of dynamism and
charisma - you are observing sexual "energy" in action.
You are not watching "sex" in action - just the energy
and passion of a productive human being.
On the other hand, when you see a person who cannot
get anything done - it would be instructive to observe
the person's actual "sex life."
I am of the belief that a healthy sex drive, when properly
channeled and directed toward the achievement of "other
goals" - gives you the power and energy you need to accomplish
almost anything. This is not always the case - but there is a sound
and solid reason why boxing trainers have often advised their
athletes to refrain from sex for several weeks prior to a fight.
And without getting into great detail, I can assure you that I
have observed the practice myself. Case in point: World Championships,
Beijing, China, December 1997.
Just think what you can accomplish in life if you take all your sexual
energy and power - then channel it and direct it toward a specific aim
or purpose - only allowing it expression through something other than
sex itself.
Let me tell you, hehe, I was doing a lot of hill sprints and flat-land sprints
prior to that World Championship in Beijing. So believe me now and listen to
me later, there was a lot of energy to channel.
Did I do the right thing? Well, all I can say is this: I got the gold.
Then, later that night ... all hell broke loose. Oooooh ..... aaaaaah.
Thank God for Hill Sprints - and Hindu pushups.
Kick butt - take names!
P.S. Want to have the sexual power of a raging bull - with the emotional
control that goes with it? Then be sure to check out my Combat
Conditioning book and videos. They are the ultimate sexual stimulant, hehe.
