"The Training Regimens I Followed To Beat The Chinese and Mongolian National Champion on His Home Turf"
Dear Friend,
If you'd like to have the "inside scoop" on what it really takes to become a world champion, then hark onto me and pay close attention. You're now reading the words of someone who has "been there and done it" - someone who can teach you to do the same.
Chances are, regardless of what art you study, you're already learning the techniques that will put you at the top.
But what about the physical conditioning?
It's a well established fact that you can have all the technique in the world, but if you're not in shape ... your chances of winning are usually "slim and none - and slim just left town."
That's why I always say ...
"How you train is more important than what you know."
How you train determines how good of shape you're going to be in. And the person who is in the best shape for competition is almost always the person who wins.
When I wrestled for the legendary Dan Gable at The University of Iowa, everyone on the team understood that yes, we won national titles because of our technical skill. But most important of all, we won national titles BECAUSE we were in better physical condition than everyone else!
Under Gable, our goal was quite simple: If my opponent and I know the same moves, and his are just as smooth as mine, then the battle of champions will boil down to two factors:
1. Who is in the best shape
2. Who wants it the most
And the shocking truth is this: The person who is in the best shape usually wants to win the most. He didn't put in all of his training for nothing. Not only that, whenever you walk onto the mat, into the ring or onto the field, you KNOW that if you're in best shape of your life, you will almost always win.
Back in Novemeber of 1997, everything you have just read in this letter was put to the ultimate test when I was invited to go to Beijing, China, (over Christmas) to fight in a world Shuai-chiao Kung fu tournament.
Shuai-chiao, the oldest style of kung fu, is a style of grappling that encourages high amplitude throws that are actually body slams. The training that goes into this system is rigorous, brutal and rugged.
But when it was time to prepare myself, I knew exactly what to do. I would combine the training principles and strategies I learned from Olympic champions Dan Gable and Bruce Baumgartner, two of my college wrestling coaches, with what I had learned from my Shuai-chiao teacher, Dr. Daniel Weng.
Let me just say, when you see what I did to get ready - you'll know why I won the gold. You'll also know why and how I was able to beat the Chinese and Mongolian national champion at his own game and on his home turf! And you'll quickly understand why you should use a similar approach to achieve your current competiton goals.
"Six Weeks to a New Me"
The tricky thing about the Chinese is that they didn't invite the U.S. team until six weeks before the tournament. Basically, the Chinese had been training for an entire year, with full knowledge that they'd wait until almost the last minute to invite us.
Many on our team complained, thinking that six weeks wasn't enough time to get ready. I said it was. Especially when you train like a madman - the way I learned back in Iowa.
At the time, because many people thought this tournament may be the last time I would ever train this hard for competition, one person told me I should make a video of all my workouts and call it Combat Training - The Road to China. That's what I did, too.
In Combat Training - The Road to China - I showed exactly how I prepared myself for combat. My customers wanted all the secrets. And they wanted them very badly.
So I agreed - and I'm glad I did - because the footage on this video truly captured and showed me training the hardest I would ever train for competition again.
I wanted to win. I wanted the gold medal. And if this meant beating the Chinese at their own game and in their own country - so be it! Let the camera roll.
"One More Reason"
Another big reason why I decided to make Combat Training - The Road to China was because no one else ever really showed "living proof" of how hard someone like me trained for combat. Competitive animals like myself just don't let someone follow them around with a video camera to record everything they do to bring home the gold.
Well, with me, all that changed.
As a result of the footage we shot, you can now see the real "live" physical and mental training necessary to prepare for and win all of your battles.
"In the Thick of the Moment"
In Combat Training - The Road to China I literally take you deeply into the thick of the moment - deep into my world of hard-core training.
Believe me, when you see the training I went through, you will get pumped. Chances are excellent that you'll sprint outside and start training like a madman yourself.
In most cases, you'll end up watching this video over and over, just to psyche yourself up. That's how powerful the information of this training tape is!
And, truth be told, almost all of the things you learn on this tape are not available in any of my other books or videos, not to mention anyone else's.
Just so you have an idea of what you're getting in this video, here's a sample of what you will learn:
- How I increase my explosiveness and speed with uphill training!
-
How I put myself through 'Dinosaur' strength training!
-
How I trained for a grip of steel!
-
Actual footage from my grappling workouts and how training this way gave me iron man endurance!
-
How I came up with and developed "element of surprise" techniques when I trained and why it's important for you to do so as well!"
-
How I conditioned myself to never get tired!
-
How I used shadow wrestling to improve mental focus and refine my techniques!
With all of the above said, Combat Training - The Road to China is easily worth several hundred dollars. Especially when you consider how much I paid with blood, sweat, tears and money - to learn what I'll be showing you.
That's one of the reasons why I know you'll absolutely love this video. But the good news is that I'm not going to charge you several hundred dollars to see and learn from this video. Heck, I'm not even charging a hundred, although I should
In the past this video has sold like hotcakes for $69 and everyone who got his hands on it agreed the price was more than reasonable. Even so, because I have so many other great products, and because I have so many more that I'll be coming out with in the near future, it doesn't make sense for me to keep charging so much for it.
And so, for a limited time I'm going to let you get it for only $49 (plus $6 S&H U.S.). Then, after I've sold out the remaining supply, I'll probably take it off the market for good. As much as I want you to learn the truth about hardcore training contained on this video - the reality is that I don't want everyone to know.
So do the smart thing today and order Combat Training - The Road to China. Armed with the information on this video your life will never be the same.

All the best to you!
Sincerely,
P.S. The training principles on this tape work. I know because I used them to win the gold medal in China, becoming the first non-Chinese to do so, and the first American to win a gold medal in any martial arts event ever held there. That's saying a lot, don't you agree?

"I picked up a copy of the video seeking information, and I wasn't disappointed. What I wasn't expecting though, was the healthy dose of inspiration and motivation that the tape gave me, not to mention a few good laughs. In one word, this video is awesome."

"This isn't a tape for the spandex-wearing types who want to do some light toning, nor is it for the ego-driven bodybuilders who just want to look good. It's the stark, brutally intense reality of an experienced athlete, a national and world champion, training for a combat-sports competition at an elite level. If you want to be tough - both physically and mentally - this is the kind of training that you have to do. It's as simple as that."
Jason Crawford
"I loved the tape. It is phenomenal."
Philip Ameris, 7th degree Black Belt
"A great new video, which features real life training sessions as "The Sarge" prepared to do battle in an international martial arts competition in China. There is plenty of serious, dinosaur style strength training on this tape, as well as cardio work like you've never seen it before, and some really fun martial arts segments. This is a winner."
Brooks Kubik, author of Dinosaur Training - Lost Secrets of Strength and Development
"Your new video is terrific. I am a devoted follower. I can't wait for your other products to come out."
