One of the greatest exercises for doubling the

I'm talking about those humongous Sumo rasslers.
Before you laugh - or, actually, maybe AFTER you've
laughed - I want you to consider something incredibly
important.
The sumo rasslers are grossly overweight by choice.
They eat gargantuan amounts of food, then they sleep.
They WANT to be huge.
You do not - and that is all you need to know about the
issue.
Yet, never forget this: Some of the sumo exercises are
so extraordinary that they help people who are 400 pounds
or more do the splits with ease.

Not only that, but the sumo rassler, despite his enormous
girth, is quick, strong and agile. In fact, word around town
is that they have been taught how to surf - as in surf board -

ultra-flexible - but they also give them cat-like balance and
agility. Afterall, did you know that the sumo competes on
'wet sand?' Tis true. Makes it much harder to remain standing
