Not only that, but the sumo rassler, despite his enormous girth, is quick, strong and agile. In fact, word around town is that they have been taught how to surf - as in surf board - on the ocean waves - in, get this - ONE DAY!

Why is this? It's because their exercises not only make them ultra-flexible - but they also give them cat-like balance and agility. Afterall, did you know that the sumo competes on 'wet sand?' Tis true. Makes it much harder to remain standing when someone charges.
