This January I started some of the Combat Conditioning exercises.

The Hindu Pushups have been the one constant in my exercise routines. Some days I would do Hindu Squats or run Hill Sprints, but I always did Hindu Pushups when I exercised.

Last year my triglyceride level was 240. Right now it is 74. My cholesterol also dropped from 185 to 149.

Combat Conditioning played the most significant role in these reductions. Reducing my sugar consumption has helped too.

By the way, I have also lost about 20 pounds. The weight loss and drop in my health numbers can all be attributed to your bodyweight exercises. It is truly amazing.

Here's an inspiring letter from a teenager who is no longer a heavy.
Matt,
I'm a 16 year old kid who was always pretty big and fat. I had low self esteem and got picked on all the time. I never competed in sports or gym class because it was too embarrassing.

One day I came home from school and my dad had stumbled on to your site and ordered Combat Conditioning. Well... I always wanted to lose weight.

I read your book and I was intrigued. I began doing the Royal Court, and at first I was terrible and almost gave up. I pressed on after reading that lots of people won't be able to do many reps when they start. The first three days I had sore legs, arms, and couldn't do the bridge. But then the soreness went away and I started getting results.

My weight had always given me back problems and my circulation was poor. My arms were always falling asleep, and things were bad. A few days after starting, my back was feeling better, and so were my arms. I was sleeping better, and I had way more energy. This helped my performance in school. In a couple of weeks I pushed my reps into the 50's, and the bridge was coming along. My flexibility improved about 20 times. All these amazing results in a few weeks.

I still use Combat Conditioning - and wanted to say thanks, and get the message out to other overweight teens. I know how it feels to be fat, but there is a way to end it fast. Believe and practice what Matt says, because it works in amazing ways.
