17 Year Old Drops 80 Pounds
Dear Friend,
David graduated from high school last year and tipped the Lardometer at 316
pounds. Not only was he busting out of his Phat "S" fashions; he was suffering
from depression, and was cut by his hockey club. Too big, too slow, not with it.
Luckily for David, he had a cousin that was on the ball. David’s cousin was a
member of the Furey Faithful, and although younger than David, had been using
Combat Conditioning
for over 2 years. He gave his
copy to David, and helped him to learn the Royal Court.
Starting late last September, David has now lost 80 pounds. He did this using
only three exercises, Hindu Pushups, Hindu Squats, and Bridging. He did the
exercises every day, rain or shine.
He has dropped 4 pant sizes, and has gone from Phat "S" fashions to buying in a
regular store. He doesn’t suffer from depression anymore because it disappeared
with the weight loss. He showed up at his hockey club with his sleek new look,
and the coach couldn’t believe his eyes. Needless to say, he’s back on the team,
and enjoying himself.
After listening to his story, the coach put the whole team on the Combat Conditioning program. If I was an opponent, I don’t think I would want to play
them anytime soon.
David, thanks for your success story, and good luck to you and your team. And a
big thanks to your cousin, who according to you, looks like he’s been chiseled
out of a rock.

P.S. I have written before about overweight kids and how many
I see as I travel around. This story from David is the kind of thing that
makes my day. He lost an average of 1.5 pounds a week for an entire
year. That takes real dedication and effort.
He made changes in his food program, a little at a time, and did those
three exercises, the Royal Court, which are the foundation, the rock,
of Combat Conditioning
and proved that you don’t need a fancy gym, hundreds of machines, mirrors,
and a salon to get fit. A worn-out book passed from a younger concerned cousin
is all it took to get a flabby, depressed young man back on his feet. And that is
awesome.
P.P.S. If you've already got Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs - then let's kick
things up a notch. Let's go from simply being fit to living a long, productive,
healthy
life. Let's set 100 years as a minimum target. In perfect health, that is. If
that is YOU -
then gallop on over to here and
see
what this Fure-Cat can do for you.
