How a Fencer Eliminated Back Pain
Dear Friend,
Before I get into today's success story, a quick reminder about my
Universal Health, Strength and Power Seminar, being held this coming
January 19-21, 2006, in Tampa, Florida.
The response has been over-whelming and I'm ultra-excited about this.
Many of you have written with questions, wondering whether it is suitable
for a beginner. The answer is "YES."
Everyone I have selected to present, Brooks Kubik, John Wood, Ed Baran,
Dr. Dave Woynarowski, Sgt. X and myself - are world-class at taking those
who are just starting out, then building them like a castle, brick by brick.
We are only going to take 150 attendees for this event - that way each and
every person will feel they got a ton of personal attention. We will teach and
we will coach. And everything is NEW stuff we have never presented before.
Brook Kubik will be a whirlwind of inspiration in action. The original Dinosaur
man himself, who normally gives dull, boring presentations about employment
law to lay people (and gets standing ovations, not kidding either) will be driving
y'all to make something of yourself. No matter what your current fitness level,
this is a seminar for YOU.
Everyone will leave a changed person.
I will be doing most of the teaching, but when I take a break I will be replaced
by guys who will win your hearts as well. I am incredibly careful in whom I put
before YOU, my cherished customers. Each and every presenter has to pass the
Fure-cat test, and that's no easy test. I assure you of that.
First, each presenter must walk his talk.
Second, I must personally know each presenter. In this event, and all my others,
each and every presenter is someone I've known for several years. And they've
unknowingly been under scrutiny by me for a long, long time. Afterall, this
Fure-cat
has nine lives and he can afford to take his time picking powerful forces of true
zeal.
Third, each presenter must be an authentic human being. Tis no easy task these
days
finding someone who is "real"; someone who is down-to-earth; someone who will put
you at ease when you talk to him (rather than the incredibly arrogant pompous
asses
that permeate the health and fitness world).
So be certain of this, when Matt Furey says he's having a kick-butt seminar that
you
MUST go to, he's saying this for a reason. And that reason is because whatever I
promise
is not hype. Come and see what I mean. I will OVER-deliver on everything I am
saying here.
Not under-deliver. The word is OVER-deliver.
The amount for my seminar will go up considerably on Thursday - so drop
everything
you're doing and enroll NOW for the Universal Health, Strength and Power Seminar.
Okay, onto today's email:
Hello Matt,
I purchased Combat Conditioning a while back and have been plugging along with
the exercises with the exception of the back bridge. Try as I might, I could not
support
myself properly, until last week.
My wife purchased an exercise tool often called a Swiss Ball (mentioned in
yesterday's
tip as well as Combat Conditioning) for her workouts. I saw the utility of the
ball for the back bridge, at least in the beginning, and gave it a try. What a
difference. I cannot perform the unassisted back bridge yet, however, using the
Swiss Ball, I've been able to stretch my back and get my head nearly to the floor.
For years I have been plagued with a chronically sore lower back. I thought I
simply had a "bad back". Now I know that I had a tight back. After only a week of
Swiss Ball bridging/stretching my low back pain is gone. All my movement is
easier; more "fluid" and activities that I shied away from, are now enjoyable and
pain free.
Thank you Matt. The exercises in your book have had a wonderful and positive
influence on the quality of my life.
Kindest regards,
Mike Garrison

M.F. Mike, this is absolutely fantastic. I'm happy as a lark to hear this great
news. Keep
up the fine work.
Well, my friend, that's all for now.
