A Furey Fat Loss Recipe
Dear Friend,
A lot of the Furey Faithful email me "regularly" about weight loss
recipes.
I covered "hwat" to eat and "hwat" not to eat in the Furey Fat Loss
System but many of you
want
RECIPES!!!
Ugggh.
Listen, you can't get no recipes from moi. I ain't no cooka ... and I
have no
desire to become one.
But ... my brother Sean, whom I wrote about the other day has 20 years
experience as a chef ... and as you know he just lopped 25 pounds off
his
frame - so he knows how to cook to lose all that flabola.
So I called Sean and asked if he could give me some help.
He had to think it over for at least 2 or 3 seconds - then he agreed.
So here's what I'm going to do. Once a week I'm going to give you a
fat burning recipe or cooking tip to help with your fat burning
workout.
We may even do a cookbook tied to specific exercises. Maybe some DVD's
to show exactly how it's done. Who knows?
Anyway, here is where my brother takes over:
Thanks Matt.
Today's recipe is so simple even a total dunce could make it. It's a
Tomato and Cucumber Salad.
Here are your ingredients.
1/3 cup olive oil;
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice;
1 Tablespoon white vinegar;
1 1/4 Teaspoons salt;
1/2 freshly cracked black pepper;
4 pounds tomatoes (I like small ones for this: cut golf;
ball size in eighths grape size in half);
1 pound English cucumber (seedless);
3/4 cup chopped parsley (1 bunch);
1/4 cup finely diced red onion;
Cut the tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Peel the cucumbers and
slice in half the long way, and slice in half again. Cut in 1/3 inch
pieces
and place in the large bowl with the tomatoes. Chop the parsley and add
to the bowl.
Finely chop the onion and add. Mix all these ingredients in the bowl.
Whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper
in a small bowl.
Add 1/2 of this mixture to the tomato cucumber mix. Mix well and let it
rest 10-15 minutes at room temperature to let the flavors develop.
If you need a little more dressing, add it a teaspoon at a time.
If you like things on the hot side add a couple of shakes of Tabasco
or your favorite hot sauce.
Adding a pinch of oregano, or some shredded basil would be good too.
Exercise vigorously - eat well!
Sean
Pretty doggone good - don't you think. Can't wait for the next one that
someone
else prepares for me.
Hey ... eat well, train vigorously, then go out and ...
Kick butt - take names!

Matt Furey
P.S. The Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener found in Combat Abs, you know,
that 5
seconds abs deal, well,
it's helped
take 4 inches off my brother's waistline in the last month. If you're
not doing
this
exercise yet - get on the train.
P.P.S. The buzz at Furey Central is
turning into a roar. Mosey on over and build a lean, enduring, flexible
and
powerful
body.
P.P.P.S. By the way, what's with the "hwat?"
