Am I Too Hard On Fat People?

Dear Friend,

I was thinking about this the other day, ³Am I too hard on fat people.²

I have called them Lardassians, Portable Shade, Buffet Molesters, Faministas, Whalewalkers, and Jellybellies.

Are we full yet. I donıt think so.

Fat people have flunked gym class, are always picked last in sports, and havenıt seen their feet in years. They are usually very hungry and we are often in their way.

The main reason we see more fat people today is because there are more of them around. And it ainıt because my friend Sharky likes his women big boned.

You may not believe this; but the more I rank on those you wouldnıt want to see naked, the more letters I get for help. And they arenıt your every day "Gee Matt your program is great" kind of letter. They are howls and screams. They come from deep inside and plead for help.

They continue to ask for help. And every day more and more write, telling me their story, asking me what to do.

Now why would that happen.

Itıs happening because I donıt beat around the bush, because Iım not an "enabler," or pop psychologist.

Fat people donıt want sympathy, or someone to hold their hand. They want to be treated like everyone else. They want someone to say that there is a line in the sand, and hereıs what will happen if you cross it. And they want you to mean it.

Several years ago I was privately helping a guy Iıll call Tubb OıLard. He followed my program for 6 months and lost 45 pounds.

Then he decided to follow another weight loss guru. He gained the weight back, and then some. He looked horrible. He begged me to take him back. I refused.

He cried, he stomped his foot, he threw himself on the ground. I didnıt budge. He called me all kinds of names as I left. The next day I sent him an email. I told him that I had already given him the keys to the bus. He needed to start driving. That was over 18 months ago.

Some months later he called and told me he wanted to see me for a few minutes, that he had something important to tell me. In those days, several years ago, a line like that worked.

I drove to the Dunkin Donuts where he wanted to meet. I walked in and didnıt see him. I started walking out when I heard his voice. I turned around and looked. The guy standing in front of me was a rock hard 170 pounds. It was Tubb, 160 pounds lighter. We drove to a breakfast joint cuz I donıt do donuts. Over some protein and juice, he told me his story.

After the parking lot incident, he made up his mind to lose the flab.

He started walking. 30 minutes every morning, and every night. Then, after a while he started Combat Abs because he could do all those exercises standing up.

After six months of walking and Combat Abs, he started on Combat Conditioning which he did along with the walking and Combat Abs.

After he lost 100 pounds he took up rollerblading for fun. He now swims, rollerblades, is learning tennis, and continues my programs. His transformation is stunning.

Just before I left he said, ³Keep telling it like it is, there are more people listening than you could imagine. And we desperately want someone to tell us the way it is.²

Well, my friend, that's all for now.

P.S. "Tubb" just ordered a new copy of my new Chinese Long-Life System. I know he will use it to take himself to the next level. I've found it to be the fastest metabolic booster around. Incredible. The exercises in the Chinese Long-Life System can be done by virtually anyone at any time.

If you think you are not ready for Combat Conditioning or Combat Abs, and you want to ease into a great workout program, then this is THE program for you. By the way, GET STARTED NOW. The demand for this product is overwhelming, and that is surely going to drive up the price. Just think about this: If you add another ten years to your life, it would cost you $24.90 a year or roughly .07 cents a day. Thatıs the cheapest health insurance on the planet, bar none.

Or, as I like to say, "If you think health is expensive, try sickness." Order the Chinese Long Life System NOW by going here.
