Five Second Abs in the Shower
Last week I wrote about doing abdominal exercises while
at a stoplight or while flying across the country. Or from
country to country.
All you need to do is follow the advice of Farmer Burns
and spend 2-5 seconds flexing your abs in a certain way
whilst combining it with deep breathing. This alone can
change your midsection… and quickly, too.
Today I am going to reveal another place where you can
work your abs. And if you haven’t already guessed the

our nekked body. Inhale deeply and give your abs the five
second treatment. Do it again and again. Ten reps of five
seconds per day will do wonders for your digestion, your
circulation, your energy, your overall health… and of perhaps
the greatest delight to you, your waistline.
This exercise really, really works. And how much time do you
need for it when you combine it with activities you’re already
doing. I would think your body is worth five seconds of
exercise, don’t you.
