Five Second Abs for Breakfast

Dear Friend,

One of the great things about Combat Abs is that the main exercise, The Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener, which is frequently done before breakfast, doesn't take much time. Just 10 repetitions or so - all of which take 2 to 5 seconds.

Always remember to follow the instructions in the book.
