Five Second Abs for Valentine's Day
Dear Friend,
Just got back in Tampa and tis good to be home.
While listening to talk radio on the way from the
airport, I was literally inundated with nothing but
talk about Valentine's Day. Funny, huh? I leave a
Chinese New Year Celebration and walk into this
whole V-Day deal.
And the ra-didio announcer is making it sound like
I'm going to get killed if I don't get my wife something
special. Roses alone won't cut it. Neither will Teddy
Bears. Nor chocolates.
Nah, has tuh be sumthin really, really good.
Good news is I already took care of that in China.
Just conveniently remember to say, when giving my
wife a gift from my suitcase, "This is an early Valentine's
Day present."
My wife ain't buying that one - but hey, at least I tried. Looks
like it's going to be dinner at the Cheesecake Factory or some
such scrumptious place.
As you can see, I'm agonizing over this ordeal. And chances
are that you are, too. Or maybe, like myself, you just need
and excuse to get what you really want - and pretend it's
for Valentine's Day.
Either way, you'll find no argument from me.
What I will tell you is that Five Second Abs works. But it works
for more reasons than I have yet to articulate.
Today I'll give you yet another reason - and believe me now and
listen to me later, this one is mega importante.
Five Second Abs, aka the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener - works
for the same reason that the Royal Court of Combat Conditioning works.
And that reason is spelled s-i-m-p-l-i-c-i-t-y.
Anyone can get started on an exercise regimen that only takes five
seconds per repetition. Anyone can get started on an exercise regimen
that primarily consists of just three exercises. Anyone can get started
on
a program that gives you big-time results from just a minute or two of
total training time.
And yes, you read that right. Get started on the Royal Court and you'll
make great progress, even if all you can do right now is one pushup and
one squat and a half-bridge. Get started even if you can't do a single
pushup
or squat yet - and again, you'll get results. How? Simply by holding
the position
of these exercises. That alone will make you stronger and healthier.
So never despair if you think that exercise takes too long or that
you're too
far gone. You can get on the right track again if you're willing to
take a
smidgeon of time and discover this truth.
I dare you to take the time for yourself right now by going
to Combat Abs
as well as to Combat Conditioning.
You'll soon find that both of these courses will be the perfect
Valentine's
Day gift for yourself - or, uh hum, your loved one.
Kick butt - take names!
