Five Second Abs While You Sleep
Dear Friend,
If you've been dreaming of six-pack-abs ... or
better yet, having a powerful, functional "core" -

the eardrums.
Here's why: So many people think the key to
fitness success is training and training and
training. And yes, putting in time is very
important.
But first, you do not have to put in nearly as
much time as you may think to get great
results. And two, your body does need a
good night of sleep for the results to
show.
In fact, there are studies that link obesity and
weight gain to "lack of sufficient sleep."
Tis true.
I can tell you that the nights when I stay up
too late and sleep too little - my body does not
look or feel the same the next day.
When you sleep, your body goes to work to
repair itself.
But, if you don't sleep, your hormones get out of
whack - the wrong way.
