You’d think they’d have perfect circulation due to their perfect diet and workout regime.
But they don’t.
Okay, I can hear you saying, “But it’s winter time. Of course your hands and feet are cold when it’s freezing outside.”
Is that how it works?
The truth is if your chi is flowing, your hands and feet can be warm any time of the year, regardless of the weather.
Some “healthy” people still have cold hands and feet in the summer – so the weather factor isn’t the real issue.
The issue is … how strong is the flow of chi in your body?
And can you make the flow stronger if your hands and feet are cold?
The Chinese internal martial artists say “yes” to this question. So do my students – many of whom now feel the flow of chi to their hands and feet so strongly other people think they had their hands over the fireplace before shaking hands.
