Try These Green Teas
Dear Friend,
In addition to the kick-butt green tea I got in China
and drink regularly, I've find a few others in the U.S.
that are outstanding. I'm going to tell you about them,
but first ...
A quick reminder about my Universal Health, Strength and Power Seminar. We're down to around 30 seats left
and they are going fast. Not only that, but each day we
raise the fee - so there is no time like the present to enroll.
My seminar will rock your world. It will change your life. And
who knows, you may be the one who walks off with an award
or two. So don't delay any longer. Rocket-launch right out of
your seat and go here.
Now, about those 3 green teas I want you to try out:
The first isn't even a green tea. It's a white tea. This means that it
is a bit less refined than green tea. It's called Yinzhen Silver Needle.
Great, great stuff. You'll want to warm the water to about 185 degrees
on this one, then let it steep for about 4 minutes before serving. The
leaves can be used multiple times.
The second tea is fantastic. It's called Monkey Picked Oolong. This stuff
is unreal. I think I like it more than all the others I've had before, including
the special tea I get in China. Not kidding. You'll want to heat this one at
180 degrees as well, but only let it steep 2-3 minutes. And yes, the leaves
are good for about four servings total.
The third tea is called Organic Snowbuds. I'm having a cup of it right now
and my first thought is "this may be as good as Monkey Picked Oolong."
But I cannot tell from only one cup. I'll need a few days worth to make the
decision. This one is also good for multiple servings. Heat water to 180
degrees then let it steep four minutes before serving.
Regarding the most frequently asked question, what about the caffeine.
Well, here's the deal. These green teas have caffeine - but, and this is the
key, the caffeine is neutralized due to the theanine that is also found in
green tea. This means that you won't get a deleterious caffeine buzz like
you do with coffee. You won't be whacked out all day and you shouldn't have
trouble sleeping at night.
Green tea and white tea are loaded with anti-oxidants - and because you
are alive and working out regularly, or undergoing the stress of living,
you want a lot of anti-oxidants floating in your bloodstream at all times.
Load up in the a.m., afternoon and p.m.
In addition to green tea, make sure you get on powerful berries like chokeberry,
elderberry, and so on. You can get all of these at
www.mattfurey.com/instant_endurance.html
Also, at Dr. Dave's, be sure to check out his newest Sleep Wizard product. Tis
unreal.
Last of all, some of you wrote to ask if broccoli and spinach are the most potent
sources
of anti-oxidants you can find. Although they are very good, they sure as hell
ain't the
best and this Fure-cat will tell you why in a forthcoming e-mail. Stay tuned.
