The Idiots Said He Was "Hyper-Mobile"
Dear Friend,
A few nights ago I was out taking a walk with Zhannie,
when we spotted our neighbor, Brian, going at it as well.
We started talking and next thing you know all three
of us were on a jaunt.
We talked about many different things during our walk,
including the launching of my new product, which can help
you eliminate the daily commute to work ... forever - and make
you fabulously wealthy to boot - a novel concept, huh?
I call it The Stay-at-Home Internet Millionaire program -
Anyway, after telling Brian how excited I am about my
new program, we started talking about various exercises
and the results they produce - including greater strength,
flexibility .. and so on.
Before using the exercises in Combat Conditioning, Brian had
nagging back pain, including that nagging sciatic pain running
down his leg. He started bridging, doing Hindu pushups and
Hindu squats ... and voila!!! ... the pain went away.
But here's the truly unusual piece of modern day idiocy I
discovered during our foray through the forest:
When Brian was evaluated at work for his back pain, they had him
demonstrate a few exercises - then they quickly classified him as ...
"hyper-mobile."
Now, I don't know about you - but when I hear the term "hyper-
mobile" I think of someone whose "double-jointed" ... with elbows
and shoulders that pop any which way.
Or I think of the Chinese acrobats who came to my home a few years
back and put on quite a show
that's what I think of someone who is hyper-mobile.
Yet, in Brian's case, he was hyper-mobile because:
a.) He could bend forward and touch his toes - Brian says even
the 20 and 30 years olds at his workplace cannot do this - which
is pretty freakin sad!
b.) He could lean
backward a few inches
c.) He could bend sideways, as if doing a sidebend
Now, after our walk ended, the two of us stood in the driveway
talking some more. I asked to see a demonstration of his
hyper-mobility.
All I can say is that I was amazed at how low "basic standards"
must be these days. Brian is out of pain. He's strong and has great
endurance. But, in terms of flexibility, he's far from hyper-mobile.
The good news is that Brian is a well disciplined guy - and he'll
bust a hump to increase his flexibility in the exercises I showed
him.
Just yesterday I walked outside for a spell and there he was,
practicing his bridge - in the hot Florida sun. That's the
kind of commitment I like to see. And I can assure you of one
thing: When Brian is twice as flexible as he is now - other people
will think he's a freak.
And that will be a good thing.
Well, tis all for now.
Kick ass - take names!

P.P.S. And don't forget about my new program that can help eliminate the
agonizing grunt and grind of modern day "work." Stay at home and work. That's
a lot better.
