Yes, It Was ME!!!!
Dear Friend,
A quick tip is coming in a moment - but first ... I have to apologize.
Sunday night I sent out an announcement about
being named Deputy Editor for Bodyguard magazine.
Funny thing is, in the return email address I didn't
double-check for accuracy because the computer I use
normally puts my email address in for me.
Some of you wrote our office, inquiring as to whether
or not I was the person who sent the email. Yes, I was.
And my apologies for the confusion.
Anyway, if you missed the offer, which includes a LIVE
teleseminar with me on Combat Conditioning - a $297
value (but absolutely zero cost to you) - then
read the entire article that is now on my website.

Okay, now for today's tip.
Forget the freaking Ab Lounge. V-ups or Jacknife situps,
done WITHOUT support, are far better for you. In fact, it
ain't about how many reps you can do. You can choose
high-reps - or as I teach my Inner Circle students in their
monthly CD and newsletter
you can literally do NO REPS - or one looooong rep.
Por ejemplo, in Combat Conditioning I teach the v-up. I tell
you that you can do as many reps as you want. But you can
also inhale deeply (there is that deep breathing again), then
lift your upper and lower body off the floor - and HOLD as
long as you can.
If you can hold for 30 seconds you're doing fabulous.
You can do something else, too. Come up, hold for 5 seconds -
uh, oh - that five second abs idea again - then lower, rest for
five seconds, and repeat four more times.
Tis a great workout for the abs - and an incredible supplement
to the Magnificent Seven - the cornerstone of the Combat Abs regimen
Well, my friend, all for now.
Kick butt - take names!

P.S. One of the hot spots that the Furey Faithful go to on a
regular basis is a place called Furey Central.
