Late Night Sprints

Dear Friend,

Last night I went out for my evening stroll. Tis something I like to do each day. Gives me time to think, visualize, plan, clear the cobwebs, what have you.

In the morning I start things off with some stretching and deep breathing, followed by the Chinese Long-Life System - which I've been raving to you about for the past couple weeks.

Well, funny thing is this: Although I advocate hill sprints and sprinting in general - I haven't done any since last Spring, before I went to China.

Since I've been home I hadn't done a single sprint. For the most part I've simply concentrated on these so-called "easy" exercises that can help you live to 100 in gggreeeat health ... as well as my evening walks. That's it.

Last night, however, I was thinking about that phrase I used last week, "I want to walk and run like the wind when I'm 80, 90 and 100 years old." I thought about the 89 year old lady running after me to give me my bottle of water, which I forgot to claim after training. I thought about how she looked like a young girl in full stride. Incredible.

So I decided, "Okay Fure-cat, why don't you do some sprints again tonight and see how you feel?"

Off I went, running first at a decent gallop, then increasing speed a bit ... then really cranking it up with a hard, hard burst.

I felt like I was sailing through the air. It was an effortless feeling. Normally, if I haven't sprinted in a few months, or even a few weeks, I work into things gradually. I'm a bit rusty. But last night was different and it was absolutely thrilling.

There are so many benefits to the Chinese Long-Life System that, if I were to list them all, it would sound like I was living in fantasy land. Afterall, how can a few gentle and easy movements - as well as the massaging and slapping of some pressure points, do so much good.

Well, I don't need to know why it works. I only need to know that it does. Yet, the quick answer is that the older we get the more blockages we have in our bodies.

Not just heart blockages either.

Our muscles are full of knots. Our intestines are, too. Our stomach gets upset easily. Our breathing is more shallow. Our joints hurt.

All of the above are indicative of qi flow being less than it should be. All of the above are indicative that we can truly benefit from using a system that isn't taught in the U.S. - and that for the most part, we don't understand.

Yes, if you stick with the exercisies you've already learned from me in Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs - you'll go far. But I truly believe you'll take a big leap forward when you integrate the Chinese Long-Life System into your routine as well.

For example, here are some of the benefits that I have noted from following this system:

1. Increased mental alertness
2. Joint pain from old injuries going away
3. Greater flexiblity
4. Big increase in metabolism - can even eat starchy stuff and burn it off fast
5. Increased feeling of calmness and well-being; more patience
6. Sleep better and longer than before
7. Increased hand and grip strength
8. Greater hand and leg speed when wrestling
9. Quicker reflexes
10. Improved muscle tone
11. Improved balance and coordination
12. Increased feeling of being solidly grounded

What I have listed is only what "I" have noticed. You, no doubt, will have other benefits.

In China, those who follow the system tell you about headaches, back aches, colds, digestive problems and such going away. Not to mention improvement in heart, kidney, liver and lung health.

Yes, I am trully pumped up about this program. It is THAT good.

If you haven't ordered the Chinese Long-Life System yet, there's still time to get in at the current price. I believe we have about 40 more sets that we'll let slide out the door at the introductory amont. So be sure to jump on this offer while the jumping is good. Go here and order NOW.
