Oftentimes I have absolutely no concept of time.
Days seem like minutes. Especially when I'm creating something new.
And these days, when so many people are running around frazzled, fearful and totally uncertain about the state of the economy - I remain calm, cool and compassionate.
So much so that I've created a new product that will help you follow suit.
No more going to work feeling positive - then getting dumped on by co-workers.
No more time and energy vampires sucking the life
out of you.
No more sitting down to watch the news - then going to sleep depressed.
No more feeling like you cannot control your emotional state or destiny.
AND no more time wondering WHY you suddenly began feeling bad when you went into your day feeling so good.
YES - I'm talking about putting up a psychic shield of protection. Not just to keep negative people away from you - but to keep negative energies away, too.
YES, negative energies. If you don't think that someone's emotional spewing leaves traces, then why can you feel weird vibes when you enter a room that "Bad Luck Schmedlock" just left.
The answers to all these issues are now easily resolved in my all-NEW Psychic Self Defense DVD.
Go NOW and watch the preview clip about it. It'll make you think thrice.
MJF
Are you ready to defend yourself on the street?
Not just in a fight.
But in the event of a terrorist attack - or worse.
Having a big sloppy gut with half your crack hanging out the back door - is not only a lousy excuse for being human - but an invitation to get slapped silly by those who hate this country with a vengeance.
Don't assume that "it'll never happen again." Don't assume it won't happen near you.
Assume the worst "could" happen. Mentally picture the best - but realize that the best often comes from the worst - but ONLY if you are physically and mentally prepared to deal with it.
Today far too many Americans are complacent, sick, lame and lazy. And this sets up the perfect conditions for a crippling attack.
We've relied on our gadgets and gizmos FAR too long. It's time to get the ultimate gizmo - ourselves, back into phenomenal condition once again.
WAKE UP America.
Move your body - every single day.
To help get you going, All my physical fitness and mind power programs are half-off right NOW.
Why?
Because I want to give every American a fighting chance to not only survive the tough times we're in - but to come out of them thriving like never before.
Place your order for any of my info-products NOW. Simply type '2009' into the coupon code so you receive your discount.*

Just watched a clip of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter talking about his new book and how he has a PLAN for peace in the Middle East.
Uh-huh.
According to Carter terrorist groups like Hamas are completely trustworthy. And he knows this for sure, in spite of all the bad things they've already done - because they gave him their word.
I think Jimmy must have salmonella poisoning from all the peanuts he's been eating.
Remember: Peanuts aren't just a problem right now. They've always been a problem.
Peanuts contain an aflatoxin or mold that many believe cause cancer and other diseases. Right now they're being blamed for salmonella poisoning - and it's about time they get blamed for a whole lot more.
The best thing you can do is keep peanuts, peanut butter and peanut oil out of your kitchen and out of your body. You'll be all the better for saying "No" to peanuts.
If you crave something natural, crunchy and nutritious, choose almonds, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, and pumpkin seeds. These foods will do your body a lot more good than peanuts - which aren't even a nut.
That's right. Peanuts are not even nuts. They're from the legume family. And they're not good for you.
Say no to peanuts. Say no to Carter's latest literary fiasco.
And if you ever meet the former president, teach him the bridging exercises contained in Combat Conditioning.
The increased blood flow to his brain may help him think a lot better. It most certainly couldn't make things worse.
Matt Furey
P.S. The money you save by saying no to peanut butter and Jimmy's book will be substantial. This means you now have plenty of dough freed up to begin training with the best fitness program on the planet - Combat Conditioning
Get it now for half-price by typing '2009' into the coupon field when you place your order.
A few weeks ago I wrote you to tell you how I was giving social media like Facebook and Twitter a try.
I think I've been toying with them long enough now to unequivocally say - you gotta get involved.
It's an absolute blast.
And it's so friggin easy to put up a profile and get started that even "I" can do it.
You might think I'm a computer whiz bang - but think again. I know how to type and upload photos - and that's about it.
Some come join the parade. Here are links to my accounts:
To become an F.O.B. - friend of Furey - go here
To get my updates on Twitter - which come each day and will even be live on Sunday at the Super Bowl - go to twitter.com/matthewfurey
All for now.
Matt Furey
P.S. I'm in such a good mood that you can take 50% off all my info products when you order. Just type 2009 into the coupon and you'll be all set. This does not apply to the Furey Faithful as it is already deeply discounted.
As the Schwashingtonians do paper-and-ink sprints on Capitol Shrill - forcing an economic REAMulus package up our behinds, you may feel helpless and weak - like there's nothing you can do.
This feeling can easily lead to anger, rage, depression - and as we saw yesterday in California, suicide and murder.
I think we have a right to be zealous about the con job going on in Schwashington. The reamulus package they've prepared for us, without a condom, is destined to give our country a social disease we may never recover from.
And almost everyone in Congress is guilty of fooling around with our future - at our expense.
You may be wondering if there is anything you can do.
Well, there is. But what you can do starts with YOU.
By that I mean that YOU begin taking control of your physicality and your psychology.
You make a commitment to strengthen your resolve and achieve the results you have for yourself and your family by getting your body in shape first. Face it, if you're not physically and psychologically strong - you won't have the energy to accomplish the other things you have in mind.
And you get your body in shape by exercising your creative imagination and your body at the same time.
Chances are you already own Combat Conditioning.
But if you don't have the world renowned Zero Resistance Living Program - then you don't have a system in place to exercise your powerful imagination and recharge your mental batteries after they've been vampired by all the people you run into or talk to each day.
Without a way to recharge your mind - you will fall to pieces.
Why?
Because you'll feel so down that you won't get off your tush and do something to make your life and this country better.
You'll just sit there and take it. You'll just sit there and let them ream you.
Not sure if you realize it yet or not - but getting reamed is no damn fun.
So guard your behind. Get up and move. Imagine a better life for yourself NOW and move into it. Get the Zero Resistance Living Program NOW.
It's currently available for 50% off in order to help as many people as possible. Just type in '2009' in the coupon section when you place your order.
And if you don't have my books, Combat Conditioning and 101 Ways to Magnetize Money - let us know and we'll add them to your order
at no charge.
Get up and go. Act as if YOU cannot fail - and you won't.
Matt Furey
P.S. BTW, I am not a fan of the Dems OR the Republicans - so don't write me to tell me what an a-hole such-and-such was, yada, yada. I feel the same way about the other side.
It's an amazing fact. America - as well as all other powerful countries, were strongest when one thing was present.
Know what that one thing is (was).
One word: Wrestling.
No, not the kind shown in 'The Wrestler.'
That resembles real wrestling about as much as teets on a boar.
Anyway, today I received two 12 x 12 wrestling mats for me to begin training my son on. Who knows. Maybe my daughter, too.
One of the mat came with a tear, which was a blessing. I only need one - and someone else will probably gladly scoop up the other for a discount.
Later today I'll be helping my son become a better wrestler by infusing my knowledge of kung fu, chi kung and the power of Imagination into each workout.
As we train I'll also teach him things about the Law of Practice - how talent is way over-rated, how you get what you want by moving faster than everyone else - and that you are never to feel ashamed if others deride your desire - or criticize you for rising above them.
I learned much from my days as a wrestler - even more as a martial artist - and the icing on the cake was turning what I learned into a viable career 'off the mat.'
Want to know some of what I'll be teaching my son, then make sure you become a member of the Furey Faithful.
Every month, a new DVD with exercises and advice you'll never hear or see anywhere else.
As well as videos put up online in a membership site - along with a place to ask questions and get life-changing answers.
Make yourself and America strong again. Put your faith in the sport from antiquity; the sport of Lincoln.
Get on the mat again - and if you can't wrestle - then do the exercises that wrestlers do. They're guaranteed to get you into the best shape of your life - and FAST.
Matt Furey
This Sunday I'll be at Super Bowl XLIII - rooting for both teams.
And you can follow my LIVE commentary - as well as any photos I take of ... well, you know.
How do you 'follow me.'
By going to twitter.com/matthewfurey and getting an account for yourself - then agreeing to 'follow me.'
Who knows - maybe I'll follow you back so I know what YOU are doing, too.
Doesn't cost a dime - or a penny to enroll in Twitter.
Not only that, if a man who is virtually computer illiterate can figure out how to join Twitter and use it - so can YOU.
Jump on this, my friend. Again, no charge involved and very little time.
Go to twitter.com/matthewfurey and 'follow me.'
Matt Furey
Earlier today a friend called to ask if I'm watching today's inauguration.
He figured I'd be giving some sort of analysis or critique.
I don't think so.
I've missed almost all of the presidential inaugurations so far (except Clinton's) - so me thinks it won't hurt to let another one slide on by - especially when I hear how much the darn thing is costing us.
$175 millyun smackers.
Y'ouch.
And I thought I was a big spender when I purchased a couple tickets for Super Bowl XLIII.
Holy Schmokes.
This latest spending spree proves, once again, why I have no interest in politics.
And it reminds me of a quote I once heard about the greatest miracle in the world. It went something like this:
"The greatest miracle in the world is never allowing anyone to hypnotize you. No politician. No leader of any sort."
Not an easy thing to do - no doubt. But I think it's a worthy ideal.
Another ideal I think worthy of your attention is the man or woman looking back at you in the mirror.
Try not to be hypnotized when you look at him, either.
It's so easy to lull ourselves into thinking we look fantastic, especially when we're covered up.
So one of the best things you can do - something that inevitably leads to real and lasting change - is to take off all your clothes and look in the mirror.
Breathe deeply as you do this - and be honest.
How do you look.
And how do you feel about how you look.
After doing this - tear a page from Dr. Maxwell Maltz' advanced course in Psycho-Cybernetics entitled Zero Resistance Living.
Look at yourself and say, "I CAN CHANGE."
Don't hope for, pray for or expect change to come from the outside. Expect to create it from the inside.
Get eyeball-to-eyeball with yourself. Even if you're a bit sad when you really look at yourself.
Breathe deeply and come to the realization that "YES, YOU CAN CHANGE."
Then begin to remember your best days - the days in which you were at your very best. Recall and relive those moments in which you easily fit into your clothes; the times in which you had boundless energy; the days in which you felt a surge of confidence coursing through your veins because you felt so physically fit.
Aaaah - that's the feeling that you really want, isn't it.
Well, you can have it again. All you've got to do is take the time to do the things you used to do - perhaps unconsciously - but now you'll do them consciously.
Get up a few minutes early and follow your Combat Conditioning exercises.
In the evening, unwind your mind and turn back the clock by practicing Dao Zou.
And then, when it's time to hit the hay, instead of saying 'I'm tired' - tell yourself "I'm going to wake up tomorrow filled with energy and vitality."
Do these things and they'll give you far more change than you had ever thought possible.
Best of all, commit to doing these things NOW and you'll be rewarded with 50% off the normal amount for all of the products just mentioned - as well as any other Furey products - except for the Furey Faithful membership.
Just type '2009' in the coupon code when you're placing your order and you'll receive an automatic 50% off.
And make sure you write me and tell me about the success you're having with these programs. Remember, it's not so much a matter of whether or not the programs work. It's a matter of how fast you start using them and live the results.
I'm curious to see how quickly you can get the job done.
Kick butt - take names,
Matt Furey
Super Bowl XLII is in Tampa on February 1, and I think it promises to be an incredible match-up.
I'm going to be giving my analysis of this game LIVE via my Twitter account - as my son and I will be attending.
To make sure you get these announcements, go to twitter.com/matthewfurey and sign up for an account - then "follow me."
Each day I tend to send out a kick-butt quote as well as an opinion or two - so make sure you're tuned into these.
Also, in order to pay for these tickets, they ain't cheap - I'm extending the 2009 half-off special a bit longer.
Go here - choose one of my info products, then, when you checkout, type '2009' into the coupon code space and you'll receive your discount.
This applies to all my info products - but not membership in the Furey Faithful - which already comes with a huge grab bag of goodies and discounts.
All for now.

Sports and martial arts contain so many metaphors about what it takes to succeed - that anyone who completely ignores them is truly missing the boat.
When I was in high school, a doctor friend of the family said, "I think you learn MORE from sports than you do from sitting in the classroom."
He was right.
And yesterday's NFC title game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals contained several examples of what makes a winner - and what leads to losing.
First, to win, it is NOT the first effort that usually gets the job done. It's the second and third and fourth efforts. This was readily apparent in the play of Cardinals' receiver Larry Fitzgerald. He may have longer hair than the rest; he may cut his sleeves a bit higher than most; he may go without thigh and knee pads - but when he catches the ball, you can count on him NOT stopping when hit once. The first time he scored he was hit three times - yet he bounced off each hit and found a way into the end zone.
My friend, THAT is what it takes to win. No matter what you're doing in life - watch Fitzgerald keep fighting and do the same thing. Never give up at the first sign of trouble or defeat. Keep on keeping on and you'll be amazed at how many people let up because they expected YOU to stop.
Second, celebrating victory is fine. But be very, very careful about celebrating BEFORE victory. When I watch Donovan McNabb play, I cringe when I see him getting cocky after running for a first down in the first quarter. Dude, you've got 3+ quarters to go, and you're already acting like it's a done deal. Bad move.
Naturally, the NFL is filled with idiots who showboat whenever they make a great play. They do this, in part, in the hopes of securing a spot in the media upon retirement - and in part because they lack humility. But it's a dangerous practice that screams, "me, me, me" rather than "team, team, team."
A week ago, McNabb ran out of bounds against the Giants. He danced before one of the Giants coaches - then picked up the team phone on their sideline. Bad move. Dumb move. And this is precisely the sort of antics that have led to him being a perennial choker.
Third, never let up once you take the lead. The Eagles rallied in the second half, scoring three touchdowns in less than ten minutes. They took the lead by one point, 25-24.
My son wondered if the Cardinals could come back because the Eagles had shut them down the whole second half.
I said: "Often times a team uses all of its energy to catch up or take the lead, and once they do, they let up again."
This is precisely what happened in the final ten minutes of the game. The Cardinals drove down the field, controlling the time and the ball - and scored a critical touchdown and 2-pt. conversion.
Even so, they did not celebrate like the game was over. There would be plenty of time for that AFTER the game.
Even though I wasn't a fan of any of the four remaining teams yesterday - I am NOW. And so I'll be attending Super Bowl XLIII with my son in another 12 days. Maybe I'll see you there.
Which jersey will I be wearing.
Perhaps Larry Fitzgeralds' # 11.
Matt Furey
P.S. Hey, are you following me on Twitter. If not you're missing out on my daily maxims or activities. You can follow me by going here and creating your own account - which takes about ten seconds.
P.P.S. Have you watched the video on Psycho-Cybernetics.com yet. If not, you're in for a spell binder.
In October of 2006, at the closing of a seminar, I told a story that I had always refused to speak about publicly.
It was emotional - and the positive effect it had on the people who saw it LIVE was beyond anything I expected.
For the past couple years I have wanted to broad cast this talk live on the Internet for all to see.
I've been advised by many not to do so. They told me they felt the story too personal - only for those who've paid to see me speak live.
Well, this evening, after seeing the clip for the first time in over a year, the same desire to broadcast it for all to see came up again. And this time I'm going with my gut.
Why?
Because this video not only contains the story of healing and rising above my own pain - but it also contains the juice that may help many others rise above their own.
Every time I have told this story people in the audience have come forward to tell me how it helped them overcome a personal trauma that they refused to face.
If this talk resonates with you and helps improve your life in some way, let me know.
And make sure you pass it on to anyone whom you think it may help.
Go see the clip NOW.
Best,
MJF
I'm about to board a plane for New York. Before I do I wanted to make sure you knew the latest.
A 55-year old lady, with three businesses, a family and much more - has done the heroic.
In the past three years she's gone 330,000 Hindu squats. She's gone from weak and flabby to fit and fabulous at fifty-five.
And she's written a landmark book about her accomplishments and what YOU can do as well.
Make no excuses, because this 55-year old woman, Susan Blais - didn't make any.
Order her book NOW by sprinting on over here.
Matt Furey
P.S. By the way, with every order Susan is also including a copy of my 101 Ways to Magnetize Money book - at no charge. Go check out her site NOW and place your order for this amazing book.
One of the items I have never put on special before is selling better than lemonade on an August afternoon in Miami.
This product accomplishes many objectives:
1. It eliminates carpal tunnel syndrome pain within 30 days - or sooner. Some people have gotten out of pain with 24 hours.
2. It strengthens your hands and wrists and helps eliminate any pain you may have with them.
3. It strengthen the tendons in your lower arm - which helps prevent or eliminate tennis elbow or tendonitis.
4. Is increases overall energy and strength throughout the body because stronger hands create stronger chi flow.
5. It helps improve memory. In China, exercising the hands in various ways is believed to do more good for your brain than working crossword puzzles or playing scrabble.
What is this product.
It's How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain Within 30 Days.
It could very easily be named "How to Eliminate Hand or Wrist Pain Within 30 Days" - and in the future I may rename it.
But for now, it's called what it's called.
And you can nab one of the programs and dramatically improve your health - at 50% OFF.
Go here and when you order by sure to type '2009' into the coupon code so you get your discount.
The same goes for everything here.
Everything except membership in the Furey Faithful - which is already discounted and comes with a big sack full of goodies to boot.
So go for it NOW and make 2009 a greatly improved year for yourself and your loved ones.
Matt Furey
P.S. Are you on Twitter. If not, go to twitter.com/matthewfurey and begin following me. All you need to do is set up an account, which cost nothing and takes about 10 seconds. I have live updates from this service each day as well. Go there and see for yourself.
Yesterday I sent you the testimonial Dr. Wade Smith, an orthopedic trauma surgeon in Denver, sent in. You can read it below if you missed it.
Well, today I want you to read the words from one of his patients. It's a very moving story. My response will follow - showing a side of me you may not know about:
Matt,
Hope you get this. I have been wanting to share my story with you so here it is:
October 11th 2007, I was hit but a ford truck driven by a young male while I stood on the side of the freeway. I am a motor officer for the state of Colorado.
I have been a proud state trooper for thirteen years.
To make it a bit shorter the other trooper that was standing next to me was killed and only by the grace of God was I spared. It has been a long year and my legs, knees and ankles have healed but there is a lot of pain. I have titanium in both legs from the waist down.
I saw my trauma surgeon from Denver health medical center a few weeks ago to discuss some upcoming operations.
Anyway he introduced me to you and I purchased a book and I really do know that it helps. Dr Wade Smith is a huge fan of yours and I trust and respect him. Well, he did save my life.
Anyway Matt, thanks for motivating me. You have really helped me. And if you have any other suggestions or want my story I want you to use it if you can. It is obvious that you care.
Feel free to communicate with me. Thanks brother.
Scotty Hinshaw
MJF: Scotty, my brother - I'm happy you are alive and getting better each day. Thanks for sending in this story. In reply I can tell you that we are never given a difficult challenge without it being balanced in some unknown way by other benefits that eventually make you shrug and say, "Aaah, I understand now."
When I was 19 and had my face split wide open in a bar - I, too, was lucky to not only live - but to be able to see. The lacerations barely missed my temple and the veins that would have ended everything. The doctors were amazed I could still see with all the glass in my eye. One said to me, "Someone upstairs must have been looking out for you."
For many years I could not control a twitch in my face - and at times, even today, it does a reappearing act, reminding me once again to stay focused.
I often wondered what was the meaning - but in May of 2005, on my birthday, no less, when I became the rightful owner of the Psycho-Cybernetics Foundation, Inc. and all intellectual property written and created by Dr. Maxwell Maltz - I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that 23 years earlier - a cosmic play with a plan was set into motion.
{BTW, if you're not getting my Psycho-Cybernetics emails - go here and sign up now.)
You have BIG DAYS and much GOOD in store for you. The pain you have suffered will be balanced out with something that may not currently comprehend.
I wish you all the best.
I have a few gifts I'd like to send you. Drop a line to my office with your address and I'll be sure to have them ship them along to you.
Thanks again for writing.
Matt Furey
The following email made my day. Read it and be amazed:
Mr. Furey,
I am a 50 year old orthopedic trauma surgeon who had to undergo a hip replacement 11 months ago. I previously played pro hockey, competed in speed skating, bike racing etc..
I have practiced tai chi and other internal martial arts for 30 years. I learned of your training from Clarence Bass the author of the Ripped training series. I purchased Combat Conditioning over a year ago but was unable to do much because of my hip.
Since my operation I used Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs to rehabilitate myself. The results have been unbelievable to me.
In all aspects of flexibility, strength, endurance, explosiveness: I am achieving levels similar to my younger professional athlete days. In many ways, because of the great combination of physical and chi gung type training in your programs, I am achieving more.
Being able to train and improve, work an 80 hr work week taking care of severely injured patients, writing scientific articles and books, and most importantly having the energy for my lovely wife and 4 daughters, is truly a miracle for a 50 year old with a hip replacement.
Because of my growing experience with your methods I have started a number of my trauma patients on Combat Conditioning for their rehab. One visited last week, a state trooper who was nearly killed, with multiple shattered bones and his results were so outstanding, tears flowed in the room. He had been at a standstill for several months, despaired of ever returning to work until I talked him into ordering your book. The hindu squats and pushups in particular had improved his walking ability and decreased his pain dramatically.
I have enjoyed my training "with you" so much I have invested in Combat Stretching, Gama Fitness and Dao Zou.
I am very thankful for your work. On behalf of my patients and myself, thank you. May you and your family be well and happy. Hopefully, you will never need anything in my area, but if you or someone you care about does, do not hesitate to contact me. It would be my privilege to return the favor in some small way.
Wade
PS. i have enclosed my dept website . we are salaried public hospital docs, so we are non entreprenurial in regards to patient care. i added this only so you would know we are recommending your methods to truly injured patients. www.denverhealth.org/portal/SpecialtyServices/CenterforComplexFractures/tabid/189/Default.aspx
