Puttin' Your Feet Down

As I mentioned yesterday, I'll be launching my new product, Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis in 2 Minutes a Day, very soon. Most likely this week.

The program is unlike anything on the market today. In fact, just like my Carpal Tunnel Fix program the Fure-cat is leading the field in alternative ways to strengthen the weak links so you can live without pain and/or won't have to undergo surgery.

In many cases, the person who opts for surgery either doesn't know or refuses to discover how he can get better without the blade.

In many cases the patient seems to subconsciously love the idea of telling everyone how he had this surgery, and that one, and the other one - and so on.

I've been fortunate indeed as I'm one of the few lifelong athletes and martial artists whose body hasn't had a single orthopaedic surgery.

In fact, other than the surgery to repair a detached retina, the Fure-cat has repeatedly bounced off the ground and avoided the blade. And if I'd have known more about the eyes and how to train them, perhaps I would be surgery free in that area, too.

Take back surgery, for example. Sometimes it's necessary. But most of the time it's not. Bed rest and proper exercise will often do MORE to help you heal than the surgery. And this has been proven over and over. Six months of rest versus an update six months after surgery. Guess who usually comes out ahead?

Most carpal tunnel surgery is totally unnecessary. Same goes for surgery to relieve plantar fasciitis.

As I've been saying for quite some time, if your focus is on training the muscles, your body is going to break down. Plain and simple.

And it doesn't matter how big or strong your muscles are either. If your tendons are weak, you're going to be sorry.

Your tendons connect your muscles to your bones - and if they aren't trained, your body breaks down. All the muscle mass in the world won't help you. Nor will the latest weight machines, cardio equipment and so on.

Eliminating plantar fasciitis or heel pain is incredibly easy. Dr. Trevor Neal, the foot surgeon who participated in the making of my new DVD, openly acknowledged on camera that if you do my exercises, you probably won't need surgery.

Many people have written to ask if this program will help with achilles tendon pain.

YES, it will.

Now, you want to know what's really cool about this NEW DVD? It's that the first set of exercises are done in bed.

That's right.

Most heel pain sufferers experience the first ache of the day when they put their feet down. So I've set you up for success by having you train in bed - opening the meridians before you even set foot on the floor.

After that I teach you how to train from a seated position - so you can alleviate your pain at any time of the day. Whether at the office or while watching tee-vee - you can take care of the business of eliminating pain and avoiding surgery.

And if this isn't enough for you, on the final stage of the DVD you Get to see how you can eliminate pain in your heel while standing in line at the grocery store, bank, post office - or while on the job. What's more, you won't even have to remove your shoes - so no one but you will even know you're doing my exercises.

Is that cool or what?

You know, I'm so fired up I'm going to get a web page for this product up within 48 hours - so you can Order Now.

Matt Furey

P.S. In case you're wondering, what about the new cartoon version of Combat Conditioning - as well as my new book, The Unbeatable Man - hang onto your seat. I have many irons in the fire this month and I'm consciously choosing the exact date to release these international best-sellers.

P.P.S. Speaking of another iron in the fire, I'm off to Kentucky later today to create the long-awaited and greatly anticipated product on uphill training - sprints and more. Yes, I'll be puttin' my feet down on Kentucky blue grass - and it'll be a blast-off.

Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis

This past weekend while in Manhattan, I filmed a new DVD along with #1 foot surgeon and anti-aging physician, Dr. Trevor Neal.

The subject: Eliminating heel pain or plantar fasciitis - and FAST with tendon exercises I've collected over the years in my world championship study of Chinese martial arts.

In this DVD I teach you the secret exercises and Dr. Neal explains the WHY and HOW these exercises work from a western medical perspective.

In fact, Dr. Neal states on this DVD that if you do these exercises, you won't have to have surgery for your heel pain or plantar fasciitis. He also explains that this is the FIRST time anyone has come forward with an easy exercise based solution to this problem.

Stay tuned for ordering information later this week.

In the interim, if there are any other chronic places on your body you'd like fixed with easy exercises, drop me a line and let me know.

Two Ways to the Mountain Top

There are two ways to get to the top of a mountain.

The first is the long, slow, arduous method in which you insist on doing everything by yourself. This way often takes ten times longer than it's supposed to, and leaves you bruised, bloodied and battered. Not only that, sometimes you don't even survive.

The second way is to enlist the guidance of a Sherpa - someone who's been there and done it - countless times. With his guidance your chances of success go way, waaaaay, WAAAAAY UP and the chances of failure usually only exist when you refuse to listen and follow instructions.

As a sherpa (coach) to so many successful men and women - I know how to take you to the top of the mountain in the fastest time humanly and spiritually possible.

If you're willing to follow my direction and guidance, we can do great things together.

Go watch the video and fill out the coaching application. Then let's climb your success mountain together.

Stud in the Gym, Dud in the Bedroom

Believe me now and listen to me later: A lot of "buff" men who look studly in the gym - are flat out "duds" when they're in the bedroom.

And it's not something that began with increased age - although that can be a factor for those who've never learned how to exercise and train their "nether region."

Truth is you've got a lot of tools that need training on a regular basis. And if you neglect these "tools" - you'll end up like so many... addicted to little blue pills that appear to do it all for you.

Imagine being 50, 60, 70 years of age and older, and you don't need a pill to give you the feeling you had as a teenager in Algebra class.

Truth is, by following the exercises and suggestions in my sexual kung fu course - you can be a master of bedroom suites (and sheets) at any age.

And right now you can learn the secrets in this course when you order Today.

Matt Furey

P.S. Later this year I'll be having a seminar on this subject - and all who order NOW will receive a certificate giving you a dollar-for-dollar discount on the training. Stay tuned.

Sexual Gong Fu

When most people think of gong fu (kung fu), they think of martial arts... or fighting.

But the term gong fu has nothing to do with either.

It simply means a "discipline' or practice done with regularity.

So when it comes to sex - a HOT topic, no doubt, there is a definite WAY to go about it that will make
you a master of the bedroom. And the ancient Taoists in China figured this out over 3,000 years ago. Do it the right way and be empowered. Do it the wrong way and lose your oomph for life.

More specifically: Do it wrong and fall asleep with your lover unfulfilled - or do it right and leave your lover totally blissed out, cradling you like a kitten.

Contrary to what many people think, the objective of sex is not to "get off." It is to Use the energy you cultivate from the act for health, wealth and more.

Cultivate properly and grow younger, wiser and healthier. Fail to cultivate and grow old, weak and feeble with a greatly reduced mental capacity.

So rush on over to here and stake your claim for a longer, healthier and brighter future.

Eat Drink Man Woman

Eat, Drink, Man, Woman

Imagine this: You've written the script for a movie and you're trying to come up with a title.

You have no earthly idea what the title will be - so you look over your script again and ask, "What's the movie about?"

And you still have no answer.

So you ask yourself, "What are the characters in the movie doing - and who are they?"

This question gives you an answer: Eat Drink Man Woman.

And that becomes the title for your movie.

Now, I don't know for sure that this was the process used to come up with the title for the Chinese movie I saw about 15 years ago - but I think it almost had to be.

It's a bad title - and a great one - at the same time.

And it captured the interest of a lot of people.

Well, how'd you like to capture the interest of the masses with a book, DVD, course or movie?

How'd you like to publish your work on your own and sell a million copies of it?

And how'd you like to learn how to do so for FREE while also eliminating any and all debt you may have?

Discover how by going here.

Easy Injuries

Listen to the personal trainers and fitness experts talk. It's all about the muscles, the muscles and the muscles.

How big are your guns?

How ripped are your abs?

How massive are your pecs?

Let me tell you what you get when your focus is primarily on the muscles: a body that is MORE injury prone than ever before.

Why? Because critical areas of the body were totally neglected - and these areas happen to connect your muscles to your bones.

Yes, I'm talking about your tendons.

We've been sold a bill of goods on big muscles. The size of a muscle has absolutely NOTHING to do with how strong, how fast or how explosive you are.

Proof of this can be readily seen by watching a deer leap an eight-foot fence without a warm-up.

Now, how massive are the legs of a deer?

The deer's legs appear to be little more than tendon and bone. Sure, there's muscles - but they ain't HUGE.

Believe me, due to genetics, I have legs that are bigger than the norm. Yet, I'd trade my legs in for a skinnier pair if this helped me leap eight-foot fences with ease.

I'm all about function. What can you do with your body.

And if you want to begin to begin to realize incredible strength, power and explosiveness, you start focusing on the areas of the body that are most easily injured.

These are:

1. Wrists2. Ankles

3. Shoulders

4. Pelvis - including lumbar and sacrum

5. Knees

6. Elbows

7. Upper Spine - including thoracic and cervical vertebrae

Make a note: None of the above are muscle groups - yet, if you'll look at your own history of injuries or pain, chances are excellent that the majority of your challenges are located in these seven areas.

Yesterday I told you about a man who sustained a tendon injury in his elbow - while working his muscles. After six weeks of rest, he was no better off.

Yet, after one week of tendon exercises from my Carpal Tunnel Fix program (and he didn't even have carpal tunnel) - his pain was G-O-N-E. -

How can this be?

Well, your tendons connect your muscles to your bones. This means they are tied into everything you do. Yet, they're totally neglected.

And this is precisely why you see people who look powerful and massive going down with injuries that don't make sense.

No matter how big your legs, you don't want to rupture an Achilles' tendon.

And no matter how big your guns, if you have hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder pain - you've got a tendon problem.

The same can be said of all the other "easy injury" areas I mentioned.

Eliminate or avoid the tendency or likelihood of injuring your wrists and elbows.

Tendon Injuries

A little over a week ago, while training a group of people right here in Tampa, I talked about all the injuries you see in sports (and everywhere else) today.

In professional sports, for example, despite the gargantuan muscles, the monstrous bench presses, the deadlifts and curls - and the blazing speed, the fact is that the best-of-the-best are weak and vulnerable when and where it really counts.

Take a look at the sports pages and whenever you hear of someone being out for the season (or for a few months), take note of what the injury is. If you start charting the facts, you'll be amazed at how many of the severe injuries are tendon injuries.

When I returned from China a month ago I met with a fellow suffering from tendinitis of the
elbow. How'd he get this injury?

Doing "cheat" pull-ups.

Although his muscles handled the exercise without a problem, his tendon did not - and as a result he was unable to train with his arm at all.

He was told to "work around it." This usually means, avoid sing the limb until it heals.

Well, it had already been six weeks, and he was no better off. This proves the saying, "Better to break a bone that hurt a tendon."

I prescribed some exercises for the lad - tendon exercises right out of my course, How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain Within 30 Days.

Yes, the product helps MORE than carpal tunnel.

Anyway, a week later the man was out of pain and able to resume training.

He didn't work around the injury. He learned to train it directly... and HEAL it.

I realize there are a lot of people running around with wrist, hand and elbow pain. If you want it fixed, don't pound the iron - use your own body weight the way I teach in How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain Within 30 Days.

My Health Care Plan - Part 2

On August 15, I released my 10-Point Health Care Plan - which you can read here.

Today I'm releasing part two, which gets into other areas where the health of our nation's citizens are compromised.

If you've never heard of some of the things I'm mentioning, feel free to Google and discover the facts for yourself.

Like the first 10-points put out two week ago, I will be brief and to the point.

Once again, if these simple ideas were followed, the breadth and scope of health care needed in this country would be minimized by such a huge degree that there'd be no need for debate on government health care whatsoever.

My Health Care Plan - Part 2

11. Teach courses in school on how to live 100 years or more in great health.

12. Mandate removal of all carcinogens from tooth paste, mouth wash, deoderants, soaps and shampoos.

13. Mandate removal of all carcinogenic chemicals from house hold cleaners and laundry detergents.

14. Make it a felony for a pregnant woman to use 'recreational' drugs.

15. Teach organic gardening on television as a free public service.

Think of this. Just 15 simple things that can be done to truly improve the health of people in this country - and around the world.

Matt Furey

P.S. Later this week look out for the much-anticipated and highly desired "cartoon edition" of Combat Conditioning. We expect this limited edition to move fast - especially when you hear about the terrific bonus that you'll get for being one of the first 1,000 people to order. So stay tuned for a major announcement on Friday.

P.P.S. One more thing: The door on applying to be in one of my new coaching programs is nearly closed. Make sure you jump on this NOW. Go here and watch the video and turn in your application.
