Earlier today I received a letter from a girls basketball coach in Kentucky - as well as one from "Judo" Gene LeBell - aka "the toughest man alive."
Lebell sent me another one of his legendary patches that he dispatches to friends every holiday season. This years patch - "Come Play With the Gods" is his best ever.
Thanks Gene.
Now, about that coach in Kentucky....
For the past four seasons a girls basketball team has been doing Combat Conditioning with tremendous results.
Why? Because the coach, 78 years old, James Burchell, showed them what "an old man can do."
That's right. A 78-year old Manchester, Kentucky, man has these girls bridging, doing Hindu pushups and Hindu squats.
Coach Burchell sent along several photos of the team and asked if I'd send a personal letter of encouragement to the team. I'll do more than that. I'm going to send a copy of The Unbeatable Man as I think they will eat the book alive - in one setting.
Wondering what to get your son or daughter for Christmas?
Why not give them the food of champions? The Unbeatable Man and the workout he's got people all over the planet doing - Combat Conditioning.
Kick butt - take names,
Matt Furey
So I'm having breakfast with a doctor friend last Saturday. And he brings up my email on "Hot Cubans" from last week.
"That was a great one," he said. "And it's so true. The other night I was out with a friend and a lady walked in. As soon as she entered the room everyone looked up - even those who had their heads down and were lost in thought. She definitely knew how to put out the HOT energy you wrote about."
"So you don't think it was accidental or unconscious?" I asked.
"It could be. But I doubt if this one was unconscious because she had the body language and clothes to compliment the vibe."
At that moment a waitress came to our table. Blonde hair up front, dark hair underneath. Tall and slender with delightful curves.
And oh, what a SMILE.
Not a business smile. Not a pretend smile. A truly genuine SMILE that radiates from within.
She takes our order and walks away.
"Wow, she has a great INNER SMILE," Doc says. "I want her to wait on me every time I come to this place. Incredible."
"Yep, it's great when you see and feel that, isn't it?" I said.
"None of the other girls here have a smile like that."
"You're right," I said. "Now take a look at the guy who seated us. The one over there with the arm band on."
"I see him."
"His energy is totally scattered. Notice how you feel when he walks past our table."
The man walked past us a minute later.
"Yuck," Doc said. "I actually started to feel pissed off when he walked
by."
"Right," I said. "The guy needs some energy training, don't you think?"
"Big time."
"I'd much rather have the lady at our table. You?"
"That's a no-brainer," said Doc.
"So just think how many people go to work each day pissed off, scattered, confused and so on. And then they wonder why they don't get much done."
"Yep, getting things done is all about energy," Doc nodded.
"That's why my seminar in December is going to be so cool," I said. "Because I'm going to teach how I get into a mega positive energetic state before I create a product, as well as how I do so to keep creating - and what I do at any moment my energy begins to wane."
"That's going to be totally kick-butt," Doc said.
A minute later our food arrived - with another whopper of a SMILE.
Mmm, mmm - sure made the food taste good.

More than 10 years ago I gave up weight training and weight lifting in favor of body weight exercises. I gave many reasons for making the change.
The physical reasons for the change run the gamut from increased strength to greater endurance and flexibility.
Yet, there were many mental, emotional and spiritual benefits to the new way of training I championed.
In February of 2000 I released Combat Conditioning, which became an international best-seller from the get-go.
A year later I put out Combat Abs - also a best-seller.
And a year after that I put out Combat Stretching, Gama Fitness and Magnetic Mind Power.
Since then I have continued to train, experiment and improve my training methods. Members of the Furey Faithful have been able to observe many of the changes first hand .
They're the first to hear about and see the NEW information I bring to the table each month. And over the past several months they've been getting some major peaks at what is coming down the pike in Fureyville very soon.
But even they are going to be blown away at what I release in the next few months.
It goes WAAAAAY beyond what I've previously taught - and will help you in ways that my previous programs weren't able to. That, my friend, is saying a LOT, especially when you consider how much my other programs have benefitted people all over the world.
At least one of the new programs I have in mind will be launched in December at a LIVE event called Model Me LIVE and even I am not sure which one it will be yet as I have so much material I want to begin teaching in a BIG WAY.
What I will say is that you may want to be in the crowd observing me go through my entire A-Z process of coming up with an idea, choosing an idea for a product, creating it and rolling it out.
You'll not only observe me creating, thinking, tweaking and so on - but you'll get to see the psycho-physical exercises I do during creatively stressful moments to accelerate the process and give what I am doing LIFE.
Anyone who wants to create his or her first product and launch it will learn a ton of invaluable trade secrets from this event.
And anyone who is already creating products will be blown away at how much faster and easier you can do the job - without effort, struggle or hard work.
Join me on Clearwater Beach in Florida this December and learn to Model Me.
This event may prove to be a major turning point in your career where you get one "aha" after another.
Best,
Matt Furey
Here in Tampa Bay there are a lot of Cubans. Nothing like Miami, but still far more than the little town in Iowa where I grew up.
And let me tell you, the Cubans know how to make a sandwich - especially a HOT one. So they can run a great business making foot long "Hot Cubans."
Anyway a good friend of mine loves a different form of HOT when it comes to Cuban. He literally goes into heat at the sight of a Cuban booty, er, beauty.
And much of his attraction is outside of his control. Or so it seems.
Here's why: One time the two of us were in a Cuban restaurant in NY ordering a Cuban breakfast with toasty Cuban bread. And the lady waiting on him gave him a vibe so strong I think i could have sensed it a mile away.
The vibe was so strong that before I looked up to see "Who" I was kicking him in the shins to let him know he'd already been had.
Within a nano-second of their eyes meeting a connection was forged.
Afterward he said to me, "My Gawd, if you could only bottle that type of energy and use it for something other than scrogging, just think what you'd have."
I smiled and said, "Dude, don't you see the obvious? I've been telling you howvto do this for years for your business."
He says, "Yeah, I know, but I think it's more powerful if you're a woman."
I said, "You sexist moron. Men may be a bit Philistine in this matter, but if they take the time to learn, a whole new Universe opens up to them."
That afternoon I spent time modeling what I meant. He used what I taught him and two months later had a book out. He'll be at my seminar in early December wherein I will be pulling back the curtain and practically standing naked before you ad I show you by DOING everything I've previously only talked about without demonstrating.
Only two dozen spots remain for this event which may never repeat.
If you're attracted to the idea of creating a HOT product with a sizzling website, ad and heat wave of customers then enroll NOW.
Best,
Matt Furey
P.S. This message wad written in a restaurant ony iPhone and is being sent out without editing in any way. See how I put myself into a steaming emotional state so that YOU can do what I'm currently doing.
I just received an email from Mark A. Kellner, a technology columnist at WashingtonTimes.com. Here's what he had to say about my new book, The Unbeatable Man:
Dear Matt,
I'm not sure why I ordered The Unbeatable Man, given that my interest in wrestling -- of any kind -- has been, well, nil. But order I did, and I picked up the book this afternoon. I didn't read it in one sitting, but I did read it in one day, and I'm glad I did. Though I'm not likely to wrestle anything more than my waistline in the foreseeable future, your story has the grit, authenticity and drama to drive home a point...
Thanks for a great read -- and a great inspiration.
Very best regards,
Mark K.
MJF: Thank you, Mark. You've made my day.
Order your copy of The Unbeatable Man today by going here and I'll throw in a copy of The Power of Though Vibration absolutely free.

Yesterday I took my kids to Busch Gardens here in Tampa, Florida. My son wanted to go on all the roller coaster rides, especially those that were the 'scariest.'
"I'm a risk taker," he said to me as we walked the short hill up to a ride called the Shiekra. On this ride your feet are hanging in mid-air. Up you go some 200 feet, then you are plunged straight down.
Yes, it's a straight 90-degree drop.
Naturally my son didn't want to go it alone, so I agreed to ride along with him.
The first drop was freaky. I thought my stomach might come out - it was that fast and disorienting. But I stayed calm and breathed deeply from my lower abdomen.
The second drop was nearly the same, but oddly enough, not half as scary as the first. This proves the Emerson saying, "Do the thing you fear and the death of fear is certain."
If you'd like a taste of this ride you can observe the fearless video someone made, while on the ride.
After the Shiekra we went on a couple more rides that were longer and.. if you can imagine, even scarier. This one called the Kumba had you doing aerial 360's at 60 mph.
Yes, while on this one I was very busy doing my Zen Master breathing exercises. Yeoow.
When we left the park my kids were talking about "next time." You mean you didn't get enough today.
Nope. It's the love of fear, baby.
And it's verifiable proof that we aren't forced to hate the things we fear. We make choices all the time. We choose to love fear and call it risk taking. Or we hate what we fear and call it dread.
Either way, you are right.
Even so, why not think of something you've always wanted to do but haven't yet? Something you can see yourself doing as you say, "I'm a risk taker."
After you've done the thing - I'm betting you'll realize how much courage you've got stored inside of you, longing for the moment you let it out.
One thing is for sure, in my book, most risks we fear are a lot less risky than the roller coaster rides I went on yesterday.

P.S. Tomorrow, a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT about my "Model Me" seminar being held in Clearwater Beach, Florida, first week of December. At this event you'll be able to "watch me" come up with an idea for a product, map out the idea, research it, choose a title, write the ad, have the website created and the product launched LIVE. This is something I've never done b4 - and it will be far MORE POWERFUL than listening to me talk about my creative process. You'll watch in ACTION.
Afterward you'll be able to "ask me" any question you have about the process, as I take you behind the curtain of my creative process and reveal all the missing pieces to the puzzle so that you can "model me" with effortless ease.
By the way, you'll also get to observe me as I do all my breathing exercises and other movements that supercharge my mind/body to create with focused precision.
More details manana.
What do you tell the person who feels defeated? Who feels beaten down? The person who's lost another one?
There are many answers to this question that I cover in my new book, The Unbeatable Man. Believe me now and listen to me later, I know what it's like to pick myself up after defeat - over and over again. And that's why people can relate so deeply
to my story.
Here's an answer to the question about defeat that is NOT covered in my book:
Last weekend the head coach for a young football team that finished the season with an 0-8 record, called all the parents forward when the final whistle blew for the year.
The coach then told the parents, "I don't care if the boys win or lose. What I care about most is that the boys have FUN and form good relationships with their teammates."
Admirable qualities, yes. But come on, coach. If you really want to teach the boys to have FUN - then teach them how to give everything they have on the journey toward victory.
If you make giving your best effort the goal - winning and losing will take care of themselves - and you'll most likely win far more than you would if winning was the goal.
On the other hand, if FUN is the goal - UGGH! Not good. Not good at all. Fun is what losers pretend they're having when everything goes wrong. It's an excuse. "Ah, it doesn't matter we lost 40-0, so long as we had FUN."
Huh?
Sadly, many coaches today have bought into the "fun comes first" idea of training. It's ALL wrong.
Fun is a secondary benefit that comes of it's own accord when you give the game everything you've got. Same goes for relationships.
Want to have fun? Want lifelong friends? Then train your ass off to become great and you'll achieve all of them.
Last night the Phillies looked like they were having a ton of fun beating up on the Yankees. But I'll bet you their goal wasn't fun. It's winning the World Series.
Make sure you grab one of the remaining hard bound copies of The Unbeatable Man NOW - along with the FREE CD entitled, The Power of Thought Vibration - which you'll want to listen to again and again.
The Unbeatable Man will instill and install the correct winning attitude toward success as well as setbacks. It'll help you bounce back after every mistake or failure - and it'll keep you primed and ready for more when you're victorious.
Become The Unbeatable Man today.
Matt Furey
P.S. Here's a note i just received:
Matt,
I just read the Unbeatable Man. I couldn't put it down and you wrote in such manner that I felt I right there with you at the state finals. But when you continued about how to learn lessons from your losses as well as your victories it was powerful. So powerful that I starting a new journey on a change in my career it gave me confidence. I have been an accountant/budget analyst for almost 30 years for the government. I retire in less then four and want to go into Holistic Health. I started taking classes and feel like a fish out of water, but as I read your book, I know this fish will become a shark and succeed beyond my own expectations. Waiting for the next book...........

I'm absolutely amazed. The amount of pain people feel in their feet while walking around. Or standing.
It's staggering.
Heel pain or plantar fasciitis affects millions of people.
But that's not all.
There's Achilles tendon pain. Ankle pain. And so on.
Now, what if all the pain in your feet, ankles and Achilles tendons would go away from a series of exercises that only take a couple minutes per day?
In addition to that, what if these exercises, which can be done in bed, while seated or while standing ... caused a tremendous surge of energy throughout your entire body?
That would be awesome, eh?
Well, check out my new program How to Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis in 2 MInutes a Day and you may be totally surprised at what you uncover and discover about your own health.
Matt Furey
P.S. In addition to the above, I have an awesome FREE DVD you'll get called "Start Your Day Off With a Bang." This program will give you joint mobility and looseness - as well as greatly improved balance.
It's finally here. The long-awaited DVD on How to Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis in 2 Minutes a Day.
This program has the endorsement of a top foot surgeon, so if you have heel pain, achilles pain or plantar fasciitis - check it out at heelpainfix.com.
Also, if you simply want a stronger, healthier body and realize the vitally important role your feet play in keeping you fit - then you'll want this program, too.
As I've said for quite some time, neglecting the tendons in your body is one of the major causes of injuries today.
Strong muscles and weak tendons are not a healthy combination.
Get both.
Go here and order today.
Best,
Matt Furey
P.S. This product also comes with a FREE copy of the DVD Start Your Day Off With a Bang - wherein you learn to loosen your joints from head to toe, revitalizing your being at every level.
In a moment I'm going to send you to a link to look at some people I coach who've got MOMENTUM on their side.
But first, let's talk about how to kill momentum - something that happens to good people every single day by the so-called well-meaning others.
One of the first ways to kill momentum is interfering with someone who is already doing well, is getting things done, is accomplishing tasks.
Last night was a perfect example.
You have the Yankees v. Angels - Game 3 of the ALCS.
The Yankees have a pitcher on the mound who is doing a great job. And the manager interferes. He takes out the guy who is totally in command of his game and effortlessly putting out the Angels' battlers.
The manager puts in a pitcher who isn't HALF of what the previous guy was in terms of raw talent and focus. Why? Because right handers supposedly have a tough time with left-handed batters.
New pitcher takes the mound and loses the game - after the Yankees manager KILLED the momentum of his own team.
It's tragic - yet it happens every day to people who would otherwise succeed if they only had a coach or mentor who showed
them the way, motivated them to succeed, then encouraged them as they moved forward and were catapulted onto success.
One thing I'm grateful for is having coaches who've helped me gain momentum. My coaches fostered momentum in me - and this caused me to win a national title and world title in kung fu,as well as create a great business, attain peace of mind, and so on.
I bring this same spirit into play with the men and women I coach. You can see what I mean by going here.
You can also see several down-to-earth examples of the type of high quality men and women I work with by going here.
Best,
Matt Furey
