I'm out of Vancouver - where's it's 52 degrees - so I can return to Florida where it's ... 55 degrees - and will be 35 in the evening.
This is the kind of climate change we ought to be hearing about, eh? From cold to cold.
Meanwhile, there's something more important than climate change. It's being a "climate changer."
Let me explain: A climate changer is the type of person who changes the energy of a room by his or her mere presence.

We can all sit around and argue about whether there is real or imagined climate change. But what is the point of it if the climate within our own minds hasn't changed? What does it matter the temperature on the outside if we are cold and ruthless within?
Regardless of the temperature on the outside - whether it's below freezing in Green Bay or 55 in Tampa Bay - we can still choose to be kind, friendly and helpful to ourselves and others.
Regardless of previous setbacks and defeats - despite failures and retreats - we can still pick ourselves up and prepare ourselves for better days.

I'm here in Vancouver, Canada. Been here since Friday, attending a private MasterMind session as well as meandering around town eating great Thai and Mediterranean dishes.
The food here is fantastic - and believe it or don't - it's hard to spot any fat people.
I'm serious.
Go into a restaurant or bar here in Canada's Pacific North West and you'll have a difficult time finding an obese or morbidly obese person. And if you do, he or she is probably from the U.S. or some other ever-fattening country.
Last night I ate at a steakhouse called "The Keg" and when the waiter approached I said, "Could you please tell me where all the fat women are in Vancouver? I can't seem to find them anywhere?"
He laughed and said, "I don't have any idea."

This morning I woke up at 6:30. Before getting up I laid in bed for a spell doing deep breathing exercises and mentally reliving some choice moments from the past.
When I got up I stood before the mirror doing a few rounds of the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener.

Here's a simple stress test. One that is very different from anything else you've ever heard about being tested for stress.
And it's one that almost all human beings will fail - even if they're not feeling tense.
Okay, are you up to the challenge?
Let's go:
If you're sitting right now. Stand up.
If you're standing. Have a seat.
Now reverse your position once again.
Take note of what you did.
Now ask yourself, when did you exhale?
If you're not sure - repeat the test once again, this time paying attention to when you breathe.
If you're like most of the population, you exhaled way too late, so you added unnecessary stress to your body instead of letting it out.
And I'll bet you had no idea that this way of getting up or sitting added unnecessary stress to your body.
Now, if you think that these are the only situations in which you are unconscious of your breathing - think again.
If you're holding your breath in the act of standing or sitting - chances are excellent you're holding your breath all day long.
And even if you don't feel stressed out from doing so - I'm willing to bet you'll feel a huge weight lifted from your energy field if you start exhaling at the appropriate times - more often.
Yes, breathing is basic and fundamental to the experience of being alive. Even so, how many people, based on this one simple test, are doing so properly?
When you breathe deeply you will note many changes in your life. And if you learn to breathe deeply while doing specific exercises that target the midsection - you may be stunned at what takes place.
For example, you may feel much more energetic.
You may notice that your digestion improves.
You may see and feel your waistline getting firmer and stronger.
And you may feel that you have much more sexual
stamina.
Truth is you'll never know for sure what benefits you'll discover unless you begin using the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener exercise - as taught in my best-seller, Combat Abs.

P.S. While placing your order, notice whether or not you are holding your breath.
Today I'd like you to observe human beings closer than you've ever watched them before.
Watch how they breathe and where they're breathing from.
Watch how they walk and what their posture looks like.
See people running and observe them in detail.
Then ask yourself, "Is the way they're breathing, walking and running truly NATURAL?"
Unless you're living in a Zen Temple, chances are excellent that most people you see will be breathing high in their chest. Some will even be breathing from their throats.
As for walking, you'll note how many people look totally disconnected as they move about. You'll see legs and hips leading the way. You'll see hunch backs, rounded shoulders and stiff lower backs.
And when it comes to running - you may see people who move like a wobbly tire about to detach from a driverless vehicle. Or you'll see how much pain and agony the person is in. Every suffering step of exercise looks grueling.
You'll see that although people are living in their bodies, many have already got a couple steps out the door.
As well as a few paw prints.
Every single day I am tempted to pull people aside and say, "Hold it. You're running all wrong and it's ruining your body. Hold it, there's an easier way to walk. Your way is hurting your back and knees. Hold it - there's a different way to breathe that'll energize you beyond belief."
But I know better. Unsolicited advice is seldom welcomed. Especially if it's criticism.
Yet, I'm always amazed at how much better your breathing, walking and running become when you begin to reduce your waistline.
Especially when you do so with the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener as taught in Combat Abs.
Farmer Burns once said, "Deep breathing alone has made many a weak man strong - and many a sick man well."
I totally agree.
Most of the health problems and improper posture are routed in not knowing how to breathe deeply while contracting the body scientifically.
And they are easily corrected with an exercise that only takes 2 to 5 seconds to complete.
