Last week I told you how the Power Wheel was far more than a tool for advanced muscle heads who want amazing abs.
It's a tool that can help the total beginner make progress in the midsection really, really fast.
And I have a short video clip up to prove it to you. Watch me work with a 50-years young lady in my
private workout studio.

Just because someone shops for food in a "health store" doesn't mean that what he's putting into his mouth is healthy.
Two days ago I wrote about soy - in all its forms and guises. It's touted as somehow healthy - but I think not. And based on the emails I received, many people are in agreement. Their agreement, by the way, is based on real life experience.
Breast cancer in women. Decreased libido in men. And so on.
Remember, soy has worked its way into the food chain in a major way. It's not just soy milk, or tofu, or green beans, or soy flour you need to be concerned about.
It's also soy lecithin and soy bean oil.
Many frozen foods are cooked in soy bean oil, even in restaurants that serve health conscious food.
A few months back I asked the waitress at a local breakfast joint I frequent what oil they use for their
eggs. She said, "We use butter."
"Very good," I replied. "But what about the potatoes?"
"I'm not sure," she said. "They come to us already done, all we do is put them on the grill and warm them up."
"Hmmm, well could you check for me how the spuds come before you put them on the grill?"
"Sure," she said.
A minute later she returned to tell me they were cooked in "soy bean oil" before they were packaged and shipped.
Men, if you've put on extra fat and you're doing "everything" to get rid of it - then look again. Read your labels on every thing you have in your home - or everything you're about ready to buy. And don't be afraid to ask the waitress at a restaurant what oil your food was cooked in.
Most of the time you'll hear, "Uh, just vegetable oil." Or "just canola oil."
When I hear this I say, "Uh, okay, let me find something else to eat."
I don't want vegetable oil, corn oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, margarine, soy bean oil, cottonseed oil and so on in my body.
You may think this extreme - but all of these oils are toxic to the body. Meanwhile, there's one oil that was bashed to smithereens by the media for years- and this one oil is one of only four that I recommend.
Get it in your body and you'll be amazed at how much better you feel - as well as how quickly your health changes for the better.
Find out about this oil and more in my Weight Loss Without Will Power.
Now, there are many other so-called health foods that you need to be aware of in the health food store.
Agave nectar is one of them. If you think all you've got to do is avoid artificial sweeteners as well as refined sugar - think again.
Not only do you want to avoid the above, plus high fructose corn syrup - but the same goes for agave.
And let me tell you, they toss this junk into a ton of health bars - including those that are made from "raw foods." Agave nectar is worse for you than HFCS - yet it's being touted as a gift from the gods.
When it comes to milk, you already know how I feel about soy - so that's out.
But many of you wrote to ask what I thought about rice milk and almond milk. I think both are FAR, FAR better than soy. I enjoy almond milk - at the same time I still read the label on the carton before I buy.
Yes, I realize that the above may sound like you have to be a food cop in your own home. Well, look at the alternatives. If you think someone else is looking out for you when your food is prepared, think again.
More on this in future installments of this email.
In the interim, never assume that "health food" is good for you. A lot of it is just as bad, if not worse, than what you'll find in the big chain supermarkets.
Matt Furey
P.S. In my Weight Loss Without Will Power program I also cover a method of Internal Power Walking that melts fat from your body incredibly fast. Last week I made mention of soy and why men who are getting "moobs" ought to take a serious look at banning it from their food program.
Scores of emails came in supporting my position - a couple arrived telling me how wrong I was, that the studies on soy did not follow proper protocol, and so on.
Reminds me of the arguments in favor of aspartame, sucralose and other artificial sweeteners found in diet sodas, protein powders and everything else. I've sat and watched a medical man dump three packs of Sweet n Low into a single iced tea - then tell me that the attacks on artificial sweeteners are not "peer-reviewed."
What's a peer review?
You send me your article for publication. I read it. And if I agree or decide it has some merit, I publish it. It doesn't mean your position is correct. It just means that your findings got published.
I realize this makes it difficult to know which is which and what is what.
That's why I believe in SELF-TESTING.
Read the varying opinions, then find out for yourself by banning certain foods and drinks from your program to see what happens.
For example, if you don't think diet sodas are bad for you, then go 30 days without them - then reintroduce them into your diet and note the changes.
Oddly enough, when I first wrote about the perils of diet soda - we received hundreds of emails from readers who took my advice. Not only did they lose weight, but they stopped having headaches, seizures and all sorts of other health issues.
Tell this to some M.D.'s who don't believe what I've written and they'll roll their eyes in disdain and say that your stories are "anecdotal." Code for saying "moot point" or "don't bother me with your personal facts, my mind is already made up."
When it comes to soy, in all it's forms and guises, I think you'll be stunned with what you discover.
First, soy is touted as a health food - so it's tossed into a great
deal of our food supply. From the soy beans in Asian restaurants, to soy milk to soy sauce to tofu to soy lecithin and soy protein.
I even go so far as to say "read the labels on your supplements."
You may be shocked that soy is in your daily fiber mix - or that soy lecithin is in your fish oil. You'll find it in your protein bars - even mixed into certain smoothie formulas.
In an ACAI berry smoothie mix it says 100% pure on the front label. But if you read the ingredients, it isn't so pure after all because the final ingredient reads, "0.5% Soy lecithin."
Perhaps you don't think that's enough soy lecithin to do any harm. Think again.
Second, over 80% of soy worldwide is GMO - meaning it is genetically modified - or not exactly real. I was telling this to an Asian family recently who vehemently objected. "Soy in our country is good for you." The lady pulled a package of tofu from the refrigerator to show me how good. I looked at the bottom and read, in plain English, "genetically engineered."
Third, soy contributes to osteoporosis in women and a host of other hormonal problems in both male and female.
Anyway, there's much more I can tell you on the positive side of eating, especially about the art of making a kick-butt weight loss smoothie.
In fact, as a member of the Furey Faithful you'll be able to download a copy of the Furey Weight Loss Smoothie lickety split - as well as a copy of the Furey Fat Blast and other special reports that'll get you looking great for summer faster than ever before.

There's an old Chinese saying, "Better to break a bone that tear a tendon."
Tuesday night this truth really hit home. Here's why: My daughter was at gymnastics class and she sustained what the coaches thought was an elbow injury. It happens all the time.
Even so they advised us to get an x-ray and make sure.
Upon looking at the x-ray I spotted a break in her humerus (upper arm bone). I immediately phoned Dr. Bill an orthopaedic surgeon of the highest order - who also has some fabulous materials on avoiding knee surgery (be sure to check them
out).
Using my i-Phone I took a photo of the x-ray and emailed it to him. As soon as he saw the film he said, "Oh, this is great. It's the best break you can ask for. She won't need surgery. She won't even need a cast. They'll probably just put a splint on it and gravity will heal it perfectly."
What a relief that was.
And true to his words, the docs in Emergency confirmed, almost verbatim, what Dr. Bill said.
So my daughter is inconvenienced for a few days with a splint - and my wife and I are grateful the injury wasn't worse.
At a young age you don't often hear of kids tearing tendons - but as we get older, tendons and ligaments are very common injuries.
Elbow tendonitis is a perfect example. So is plantar fasciitis. Then there's carpal tunnel pain - and so on.
I've personally dealt with a number of tendon injuries - and learned how to "fix" each of them on my own without drugs, surgery or any other medical procedure.
Just tried and true tendon exercises that I've learned in China or from Chinese kung fu masters. These exercises have not only gotten me out of pain - they've done the same for the people I've shown them to in my DVDs.
Wouldn't you like to be the next person to rid yourself of a nagging tendon injury?

Last Saturday afternoon my son's baseball team was leading 7-3 in the third inning. Both sets of grandparents were watching the "sure-thing" victory.
Two innings later, the game ended 11-7. The kids were crushed.
But their coach knew just what to say to lift their spirits - and I took note.
"Men, the best thing about losing games like this is you get to forget about them. But when you WIN - you get to remember those moments FOREVER."
WOW. What a great message. Focus on your victories. Forget about your losses.
Two weeks ago when I was coaching a group of men and women in Phoenix, Arizona, I put everyone through an exercise where you go back into your past and find your "winningest moment." Once found, you relive it with even greater emotion and glory than the day it happened.
Before doing this exercise, a 53-year old Canadian man came forward to tell a story about "the hit" he got in a baseball game when he was 12.
His team was down by a run - with two outs and the bases loaded. As he took the plate he overheard people in the stands saying, "Ah, we got this one. This guy's our home run hitter."
And he was. That year he'd slammed 14 home runs.
He swung and missed the first two pitches. Then on the third pitch he connected with all his might and the ball sailed into the outfield. Deep, deep into centerfield.
As he was telling this story I noted water in his eyes, 41 years after the fact.
I wondered why. Then he revealed the rest of the story...
The ball sailed and sailed. It was going to be the game winning walk-off home run. He would be the hero of the day.
But at the very last moment, the outfielder leaped high enough for the ball to hit his glove.
And caught it.
Game over.
"You told me you got a HIT," I said "In the U.S. that's not a HIT - that's an OWT (trying my best to speak Canadian)."
The man smiled for the first time - but was still a bit choked up about his memory.
"How many home runs did you hit again," I asked.
"Fourteen," he said.
"Could you tell me about the best one you hit."
"Actually, I can't remember any of them."
"Huh? You hit 14 home runs in one season and you can't remember any of them?"
"Correct."
"Well, your assignment for right now then is to remember your home runs. ALL of them."
I then turned to the others and said, "And the same assignment applies to you. Remember your home runs - and create more of them. Stop focusing on the losses - unless you want more of them."
Over the next few hours our Canadian brother began to recall his REAL hits - his home runs - and then he relived them in his Theatre of the Mind. And when he left the meeting he was all the better for having done so.
Focusing on your victories is basic and fundamental to your success. And like anything, the basics and fundamentals are the keys to victory.
If you haven't updated and/or reviewed your WIN LIST - do so immediately. Then focus on your victories and forget about your losses.
The best thing about your losses is you get to leave them behind.
The best thing about your wins is that you get to remember them for the rest of your life.

P.S. In Zero Resistance Living you learn how to focus on your victories in a way that will catapult you onto success, day after day. Year after year.

Last weekend my son struck out the side in a Little League baseball game.
On Sunday a friend came over to work out with me. He asked how the game went and I gave him the
scoop about how my youngin' whiffed three batters in a row.
He then turns to my son and says, "You're a natural."
I immediately recoiled and said, "He's a natural at knowing he better practice if he's going to be good."
There are two extremes when it comes to coaching kids - or adults, for that matter.
One is to criticize severely and never offer anything positive.
The other is to flatter and praise too early and too often, which can and often does cause the person being stroked to lose interest. After all, if you're being coddled before victory, what's the point in striving to succeed?
I prefer the middle path. It's called teaching those you love and those you coach to practice, practice,
practice.
Regardless of who praises you and for what - you practice.
Regardless of who criticizes you and for what - you practice.
I believe in praising others for that which deserves praise and can be duplicated. Telling someone he's
a natural is not one of those situations. It's feedback that does nothing to move you along the path. It
makes you stop and think, "Am I really?" instead of thinking, "What can I DO to get even better?"
Earlier in my life I was told I was a natural writer.
Later on I was told I was a natural speaker.
Neither statement led to anything positive. Neither statement helped me grow in either field. Neither
helped me succeed in the slightest.
"You're a natural," someone says.
"So what?" I reply.
Show me how you practice - and later still, how you play - and even more so, how you react to victory -
as well as defeat - then we'll see how 'natural' you are.
When you are at your best, when you're most natural at what you do - that's the day when you know you've put in your time and paid your dues via the power of repetition.
That's the moment in time when you know what it really feels like to be Unbeatable.
Fortunately, I've seen those moments - those unbeatable times. And I've written about how I got there in a way that will inspire you or your children to overcome the odds and make more out of yourself than any 'natural' label can ever bestow.
When you order a copy of my new book you'll never forget the day you pick up the book and begin reading. You won't be able to put it down until you're finished. And afterward you'll keep thinking about it - and passing this powerful message on.
Order now and as a special bonus I'm going to toss in a copy of an audio CD entitled The Power of Thought Vibration - a $39 value - yours gratis because you went for it NOW.

P.S. You may be born with natural gifts and talent - but as Mark Twain once wrote, "Talent is useless without training, thank God."
A little over a week ago, while training a group of people right here in Tampa, I talked about all the injuries you see in sports (and everywhere else) today.
In professional sports, for example, despite the gargantuan muscles, the monstrous bench presses, the deadlifts and curls - and the blazing speed, the fact is that the best-of-the-best are weak and vulnerable when and where it really counts.
Take a look at the sports pages and whenever you hear of someone being out for the season (or for a few months), take note of what the injury is. If you start charting the facts, you'll be amazed at how many of the severe injuries are tendon injuries.
When I returned from China last summer I met with a fellow suffering from tendonitis of the elbow. How'd he get this injury?
Doing "cheat" pull-ups.
Although his muscles handled the exercise without a problem, his tendons did not - and as a result he
was unable to train with his arm at all.
He was told to "work around it." This usually means, avoid using the limb until it heals.
Well, it had already been six weeks, and he was no better off. This proves the saying, "Better to break a
bone that hurt a tendon."
I prescribed some exercises for the lad - tendon exercises right out of my course, How to Eliminate Eliminate Elbow Tendonitis.
A week later the man was out of pain and able to resume training.
He didn't work around the injury. He learned to train it directly... and HEAL it.
I realize there are a lot of people running around with elbow pain. If you want it fixed, don't pound the iron - use your own body weight the way I teach in How to Eliminate Eliminate Elbow Tendonitis.
Order NOW and be out of pain very, very soon.
Best,
Matt Furey
P.S. By the way, I am developing an entire series of pain fixes. Some of the others that have also worked
wonders are:
How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain Within 30 Days
and
How to Eliminate Heel Pain or Plantar Fasciitis in 2 Minutes a Day
14 years ago I was in Minneapolis at the NCAA wrestling championships.
All throughout the weekend as I watched the action, my wrist throbbed with pain. At first I didn't know why.
I didn't fall on it. I didn't tweak it working out. It just hurt - for no particular reason - and the pain was driving me up a wall.
While at the tournament I met an old wrestler who showed me a simple exercise that strengthened his grip considerably.
I did the exercise as I was taught and the very same day the irritating ache went away.
The next day, however, the pain returned. So I did the exercise again - and the same thing happened. My pain went bye, bye.
The following day the pain came back once more - and by now you can probably guess what I did.
But in this instance the third time was a charm. The pain went away for good.
As a result of this I began to look into other ways to strengthen my hands and wrists - mostly to make
me a more effective martial artist. During my annual trips to my vacation home in China I scoured the country for the best exercises I could find. And upon my return one summer, I began teaching a whole
system of exercises that hit every area of the hands and wrists - and these exercises not only strengthen all the weak links in the hands - they also strengthen the rest of your body - including your mind.
What happened when I put this new program on the market was truly remarkable. People who had slept in braces - or who wore them during the workday - were able to discard them for the first time in months.
Others who thought they needed surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome were able to forego it.
My friend, pain in the hands and wrists is a big, big problem today - and grip training gadgets, for the most part - aggravate existing problems ... or create them in the first place.
While in China I have researched and studied the best hand exercises ever conceived - exercises from kung fu and chi kung as well as from those who have mastered their own body weight. And the vast majority of these incredibly powerful exercises require nothing other than your own hands and a soft, pliable rubber device shaped like a donut - or a thin piece of string.
That's it.
Once again, just as animals in the wild get strong without weights or gadgets, the key to hand strength comes from doing exercises with your hands. And if you combine the exercises with deep breathing and concentration - the sky is the limit in regard to hand and wrist strength.
I have seen things done in China with one or two fingers - including balancing your body in a handstand - that I have never seen duplicated by anyone who uses gripper gadgets.
All you need to eliminate most hand and wrist pain and to acquire great hand strength are exercises that open work the hands and wrists from every angle and direction while opening the meridians of the body. The positive effect of doing the right exercises with concentration and deep breathing is nothing less than stunning.
I have personally trained with a master who can plow through cement blocks with the inside of his finger. His fingers are so powerful you'd think each digit were a sword. Does he use gripper gadgets to build this type of power. No.
He simply does the right type of exercises with concentration and deep breathing.
More often than you realize, hand and wrist and elbow and shoulder pain stems from a blockage in chi flow. The meridians of the body are damned up with negative stress - and this negative energy won't be released via surgery or using a bunch of mechanical devices.
The key to releasing the trapped energy is, once again, the right exercises, proper concentration and deep breathing.
You get all three of the above in my course for eliminating hand, wrist, elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome pain.
Order now by going to here
Matt Furey
P.S. Even if you don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, you'll find these exercises nuking your hand, wrist and elbow pain like nothing else on the market.
