Last Saturday afternoon my son's baseball team was leading 7-3 in the third inning. Both sets of grandparents were watching the "sure-thing" victory.

Two innings later, the game ended 11-7. The kids were crushed.

But their coach knew just what to say to lift their spirits - and I took note.

"Men, the best thing about losing games like this is you get to forget about them. But when you WIN - you get to remember those moments FOREVER."

WOW. What a great message. Focus on your victories. Forget about your losses.

Two weeks ago when I was coaching a group of men and women in Phoenix, Arizona, I put everyone through an exercise where you go back into your past and find your "winningest moment." Once found, you relive it with even greater emotion and glory than the day it happened.

Before doing this exercise, a 53-year old Canadian man came forward to tell a story about "the hit" he got in a baseball game when he was 12.

His team was down by a run - with two outs and the bases loaded. As he took the plate he overheard people in the stands saying, "Ah, we got this one. This guy's our home run hitter."

And he was. That year he'd slammed 14 home runs.

He swung and missed the first two pitches. Then on the third pitch he connected with all his might and the ball sailed into the outfield. Deep, deep into centerfield.

As he was telling this story I noted water in his eyes, 41 years after the fact.

I wondered why. Then he revealed the rest of the story...

The ball sailed and sailed. It was going to be the game winning walk-off home run. He would be the hero of the day.

But at the very last moment, the outfielder leaped high enough for the ball to hit his glove.

And caught it.

Game over.

"You told me you got a HIT," I said "In the U.S. that's not a HIT - that's an OWT (trying my best to speak Canadian)."

The man smiled for the first time - but was still a bit choked up about his memory.

"How many home runs did you hit again," I asked.

"Fourteen," he said.

"Could you tell me about the best one you hit."

"Actually, I can't remember any of them."

"Huh? You hit 14 home runs in one season and you can't remember any of them?"

"Correct."

"Well, your assignment for right now then is to remember your home runs. ALL of them."

I then turned to the others and said, "And the same assignment applies to you. Remember your home runs - and create more of them. Stop focusing on the losses - unless you want more of them."

Over the next few hours our Canadian brother began to recall his REAL hits - his home runs - and then he relived them in his Theatre of the Mind. And when he left the meeting he was all the better for having done so.

Focusing on your victories is basic and fundamental to your success. And like anything, the basics and fundamentals are the keys to victory.

If you haven't updated and/or reviewed your WIN LIST - do so immediately. Then focus on your victories and forget about your losses.

The best thing about your losses is you get to leave them behind.

The best thing about your wins is that you get to remember them for the rest of your life.

Matt Furey

P.S. In Zero Resistance Living you learn how to focus on your victories in a way that will catapult you onto success, day after day. Year after year.

Last weekend my son struck out the side in a Little League baseball game.

On Sunday a friend came over to work out with me. He asked how the game went and I gave him the
scoop about how my youngin' whiffed three batters in a row.

He then turns to my son and says, "You're a natural."

I immediately recoiled and said, "He's a natural at knowing he better practice if he's going to be good."

There are two extremes when it comes to coaching kids - or adults, for that matter.

One is to criticize severely and never offer anything positive.

The other is to flatter and praise too early and too often, which can and often does cause the person being stroked to lose interest. After all, if you're being coddled before victory, what's the point in striving to succeed?

I prefer the middle path. It's called teaching those you love and those you coach to practice, practice,
practice.

Regardless of who praises you and for what - you practice.

Regardless of who criticizes you and for what - you practice.

I believe in praising others for that which deserves praise and can be duplicated. Telling someone he's
a natural is not one of those situations. It's feedback that does nothing to move you along the path. It
makes you stop and think, "Am I really?" instead of thinking, "What can I DO to get even better?"

Earlier in my life I was told I was a natural writer.

Later on I was told I was a natural speaker.

Neither statement led to anything positive. Neither statement helped me grow in either field. Neither
helped me succeed in the slightest.

"You're a natural," someone says.

"So what?" I reply.

Show me how you practice - and later still, how you play - and even more so, how you react to victory -
as well as defeat - then we'll see how 'natural' you are.

When you are at your best, when you're most natural at what you do - that's the day when you know you've put in your time and paid your dues via the power of repetition.

That's the moment in time when you know what it really feels like to be Unbeatable.

Fortunately, I've seen those moments - those unbeatable times. And I've written about how I got there in a way that will inspire you or your children to overcome the odds and make more out of yourself than any 'natural' label can ever bestow.

When you order a copy of my new book you'll never forget the day you pick up the book and begin reading. You won't be able to put it down until you're finished. And afterward you'll keep thinking about it - and passing this powerful message on.

Order now and as a special bonus I'm going to toss in a copy of an audio CD entitled The Power of Thought Vibration - a $39 value - yours gratis because you went for it NOW.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. You may be born with natural gifts and talent - but as Mark Twain once wrote, "Talent is useless without training, thank God."

A little over a week ago, while training a group of people right here in Tampa, I talked about all the injuries you see in sports (and everywhere else) today.

In professional sports, for example, despite the gargantuan muscles, the monstrous bench presses, the deadlifts and curls - and the blazing speed, the fact is that the best-of-the-best are weak and vulnerable when and where it really counts.

Take a look at the sports pages and whenever you hear of someone being out for the season (or for a few months), take note of what the injury is. If you start charting the facts, you'll be amazed at how many of the severe injuries are tendon injuries.

When I returned from China last summer I met with a fellow suffering from tendonitis of the elbow. How'd he get this injury?

Doing "cheat" pull-ups.

Although his muscles handled the exercise without a problem, his tendons did not - and as a result he
was unable to train with his arm at all.

He was told to "work around it." This usually means, avoid using the limb until it heals.

Well, it had already been six weeks, and he was no better off. This proves the saying, "Better to break a
bone that hurt a tendon."

I prescribed some exercises for the lad - tendon exercises right out of my course, How to Eliminate Eliminate Elbow Tendonitis.

A week later the man was out of pain and able to resume training.

He didn't work around the injury. He learned to train it directly... and HEAL it.

I realize there are a lot of people running around with elbow pain. If you want it fixed, don't pound the iron - use your own body weight the way I teach in How to Eliminate Eliminate Elbow Tendonitis.

Order NOW and be out of pain very, very soon.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. By the way, I am developing an entire series of pain fixes. Some of the others that have also worked
wonders are:

14 years ago I was in Minneapolis at the NCAA wrestling championships.

All throughout the weekend as I watched the action, my wrist throbbed with pain. At first I didn't know why.

I didn't fall on it. I didn't tweak it working out. It just hurt - for no particular reason - and the pain was driving me up a wall.

While at the tournament I met an old wrestler who showed me a simple exercise that strengthened his grip considerably.

I did the exercise as I was taught and the very same day the irritating ache went away.

The next day, however, the pain returned. So I did the exercise again - and the same thing happened. My pain went bye, bye.

The following day the pain came back once more - and by now you can probably guess what I did.

But in this instance the third time was a charm. The pain went away for good.

As a result of this I began to look into other ways to strengthen my hands and wrists - mostly to make
me a more effective martial artist. During my annual trips to my vacation home in China I scoured the country for the best exercises I could find. And upon my return one summer, I began teaching a whole
system of exercises that hit every area of the hands and wrists - and these exercises not only strengthen all the weak links in the hands - they also strengthen the rest of your body - including your mind.

What happened when I put this new program on the market was truly remarkable. People who had slept in braces - or who wore them during the workday - were able to discard them for the first time in months.

Others who thought they needed surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome were able to forego it.

My friend, pain in the hands and wrists is a big, big problem today - and grip training gadgets, for the most part - aggravate existing problems ... or create them in the first place.

While in China I have researched and studied the best hand exercises ever conceived - exercises from kung fu and chi kung as well as from those who have mastered their own body weight. And the vast majority of these incredibly powerful exercises require nothing other than your own hands and a soft, pliable rubber device shaped like a donut - or a thin piece of string.

That's it.

Once again, just as animals in the wild get strong without weights or gadgets, the key to hand strength comes from doing exercises with your hands. And if you combine the exercises with deep breathing and concentration - the sky is the limit in regard to hand and wrist strength.

I have seen things done in China with one or two fingers - including balancing your body in a handstand - that I have never seen duplicated by anyone who uses gripper gadgets.

All you need to eliminate most hand and wrist pain and to acquire great hand strength are exercises that open work the hands and wrists from every angle and direction while opening the meridians of the body. The positive effect of doing the right exercises with concentration and deep breathing is nothing less than stunning.

I have personally trained with a master who can plow through cement blocks with the inside of his finger. His fingers are so powerful you'd think each digit were a sword. Does he use gripper gadgets to build this type of power. No.

He simply does the right type of exercises with concentration and deep breathing.

More often than you realize, hand and wrist and elbow and shoulder pain stems from a blockage in chi flow. The meridians of the body are damned up with negative stress - and this negative energy won't be released via surgery or using a bunch of mechanical devices.

The key to releasing the trapped energy is, once again, the right exercises, proper concentration and deep breathing.

You get all three of the above in my course for eliminating hand, wrist, elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome pain.

Order now by going to here

Matt Furey

P.S. Even if you don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, you'll find these exercises nuking your hand, wrist and elbow pain like nothing else on the market.

We got another war on our hands - and this one, like all others, is going to be government sponsored. Which means it'll work about as well as ... well, The War on Drugs.

Yes, I am very concerned about obesity in this nation - but it begins with adults, not kids. It trickles down from mom and pop and their bad habits.

It trickles down from fat parents who don't read labels and don't exercise. And don't care.

My son began reading labels when he was seven. If it has high fructose corn syrup, vegetable oil, canola oil and a host of other negatives, he doesn't eat it.

And guess what? I never taught him to read labels.

He simply witnessed me doing so - and imitated.

That's how exercise works, too. If the old man is fat and never moves, how can he expect the kids to do likewise.

My son asked me several weeks ago, "Daddy, why do kids eat at McDonalds? They have the worst food anywhere."

"They learned it from their parents," I said. "Mom and dad took them there when they were young. The kids got hooked on the food and grew up thinking it was good."

"But can't they taste how bad it is?" he asked.

"Not really. They don't know the difference because most of what they eat at home is junk, too."

And then you have your average doctor who doesn't know much about nutrition, either. Bring your child to a dermatologist for a skin disorder and you'll most likely hear that the issue has NOTHING to do with diet.

Really?

NOTHING?

When I was raised, if I had pimples, the first thing my mom told me was I needed to clean up my diet. And when I did so, the zits went away. All I had to do was quit drinking milk and eating cheese - and presto, the milk and cheese stopped coming out of my pores.

You don't hear this too often today. And just think: the milk I was drinking as a kid wasn't what it is today, i.e. laced with hormones.

Want to stamp out childhood obesity? - then let's start in the home with moms and dads who know what good food and exercise are.

We don't need government programs telling us what to do.

Educated parents who are fit and healthy themselves are always the best teachers.

Remember, your children don't listen to what you say - they follow what you do.

Get yourself into kick-butt shape with Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs - and your kids will follow in your foot steps.

Both of these programs are here.

Matt Furey

P.S. And if you want your children to have a great attitude toward success as well as setbacks - then pick up a copy of The Unbeatable Man.

So I'm in the restaurant this morning, having a scrumptious breakfast following my workout. And the waitress approaches with a bag of coffee in hand.

"I have a question for you," she says.

"Oh yeah. What is it?"

"Why are there air holes in coffee bags?"

"There are holes in coffee bags?" I say.

"Yes, look," she says.

"Hmm," I reply. "Might have something to do with gas. Might even be a coffee bean gas - which could be just as dangerous as green house gases."

She smiled.

I reached for my handy i-phone and Googled her question. Within seconds I discovered that my joke was nearly correct. Roasted coffee beans give off carbon dioxide, so instead of waiting a day before slapping them inside a bag - which used to be the practice - the coffee people bag the beans then poke a small hold for the gas to escape.

Upon the waitress return to the table, I told her I had the answer. When she heard it she said, "So coffee farts."

"Uh, well, uh, sumthun like that," I replied.

After she walked away I got to thinking. People today are overloaded with gases of one sort or another. We like to refer to them as toxins. When we exercise we help rid our body of these gases and toxins. But, just like when we were babies, we accumulate gas after each and every meal.

In society today we're encouraged not to belch or burp - we're told that it's rude. Yet we burp a baby after every meal.

Adults are no different than a baby - just older and filled with far more gases and toxins. So we need to be burped too - by ourselves.

One of the many benefits of my best-selling programs, Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs is how they help melt excess fat - and purge excess toxins and gas from your body in record time.

When you do the Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener, for example, as well as the vacuum, as taught in Combat Abs - it's not uncommon to have gas come up - or down. And it's important to eliminate all
shyness - along with the gas - in private, of course. Unless you're a Neanderthal - like me, hehe.

Like a bag of roasted coffee beans, we have a hole to let the excess gas out. In fact, we've got more than one - but who's counting?

Use the hole in your face, ya know, that pie hole, to take in more oxygen and to let the carbon dioxide and other toxins out. Just like a baby, you'll feel a sense of instant relief.

Kick butt - take names,

Matt Furey

P.S. If you're suffering from elbow tendinitis - aka "tennis elbow" - I've got good news for you. I'm releasing a DVD on this problem next week called, How to Eliminate Elbow Tendinitis. Stay tuned and together we'll take care of what ails ya.

If you've been suffering with knee pain and the prospects of having surgery don't resonate with you, I may have the best news you've heard in years.

But first, let me tell you how I've avoided major knee surgery twice.

The first time was way back in January of 1982. While practicing moves "off the mat" in the dormitory at University of Iowa, I lost balance and slammed my knee cap on the hard floor. I heard and felt something pop and immediately sensed something was wrong.

I curled my leg and straightened it several times to see if I had full mobility. I did - but the knee still felt strange.

So I tested it further by running a few sprints down the corridor.

Everything was A-Okay.

The next morning, however, I woke up in terrible pain and could not bend my leg more than an inch or two.

After exploratory arthroscopic surgery the surgeon told me I had partially severed ligaments. How to fix them? Three to six months of rest. I avoided surgery because the ligaments weren't totally severed and there really was no surgery at the time for partial severing.

Fast forward to 1987. I'm now living in Soquel, California, where I am the owner of the very first commercial personal training studio in the area. In the late afternoon I jump on a stationary cycle and begin to pedal. I go through a 30-minute workout, replete with 30 and 60-second bursts to maximize fat burning.

Two hours later the same knee I injured five years earlier begins to swell. And it continues to swell until it's bigger than a slow-pitch softball.

Naturally, I block out the pain and ignore it. And this decision leads to an infection. I go to emergency and get the knee drained. The next day I return to get it drained again. Same thing on the third day.

Finally, when the knee is no longer swollen, a doctor examines me. He determines that "the blade" is the only way to go. He says I need my bursa sac removed. I elect to get a second opinion. Doctor number two plays the same tune.

I ignore him as well.

Instead I decide to figure out exercises I can do to rehabilitate the knee so I don't need surgery.

I also explore what I did wrong to create the swelling in the first place.

And 23 years later, I still have my bursa sac and am, "knock on wood" - (with the exception of the exploratory arthroscopic surgery in 1982) surgery free in both knees. In addition to that, I am also pain-free in both knees. For a combat athlete and martial artist, this situation is very rare.

World-renowned hip and knee surgeon, Dr. Bill Stillwell, author of Dr. Bill's Pain-Free Program-Exercises to Prevent or Eliminate Knee Pain knows why I'm pain and surgery free and he reveals the secrets in his course.

Unlike the two surgeons who offered me the blade in 1987, Dr. Bill was famous for offering an alternative to surgery in 90% of the cases he treated - and he worked with everyone from the pro athlete to the executive to the elderly man or woman.

In his course he teaches you how to bypass surgery - as well as how to prevent or eliminate knee pain altogether.

In reading and reviewing Dr. Bill's course, I was delighted to find many exercises that I used to rehabilitate and heal my knee without surgery or medication. And there's a very, very good chance these secrets will work for you, too.

That's why I wholeheartedly recommend you get Dr. Bill's course right away and start living the pain-free lifestyle you once knew.

Go here and place your order NOW.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. Yes, I do receive a kick-back for this endorsement, but let me tell you something. I receive a ton of books, DVDs and programs each week asking for my endorsement. Yet, Dr. Bill's is the only program
of this kind that I recommend. Why? Because if there was no such thing as money, I'd be telling you about it. And I think that is the ultimate reason to recommend anything. Don't you? Go to
here and place your order NOW.

I'm out of Vancouver - where's it's 52 degrees - so I can return to Florida where it's ... 55 degrees - and will be 35 in the evening.

This is the kind of climate change we ought to be hearing about, eh? From cold to cold.

Meanwhile, there's something more important than climate change. It's being a "climate changer."

Let me explain: A climate changer is the type of person who changes the energy of a room by his or her mere presence.

He's filled with energy, gusto and an oftentimes quiet zest for living. Regardless of what's going on in the world, he's able to get up with enthusiasm and go to bed looking for ways to make life worth living to the full.

With a simple handshake, hug, smile or eye-engaging nod, a climate changer makes you feel appreciated. When many around you are only able to find the negative in the news, the climate changer is able to look for the gem stones - and find them.

Many of these gem stones lie within the confines of your own mind. They're previous positive memories that left deep impressions. And when they're recalled and relived - they instantly change the climate - and the rules of the game you're playing.

Instead of being filled with dread, fear, worry or gloom - when you take a look back through memory lane (or someone else's positive memories)- you are instantly uplifted and enlightened. And you suddenly develop greater courage and confidence to go out into the world and change the climate around you by becoming who you've always wanted to be.

We can all sit around and argue about whether there is real or imagined climate change. But what is the point of it if the climate within our own minds hasn't changed? What does it matter the temperature on the outside if we are cold and ruthless within?

Regardless of the temperature on the outside - whether it's below freezing in Green Bay or 55 in Tampa Bay - we can still choose to be kind, friendly and helpful to ourselves and others.

Regardless of previous setbacks and defeats - despite failures and retreats - we can still pick ourselves up and prepare ourselves for better days.

And there's no better way to tell you how to do this than my book, The Unbeatable Man.

No one is immune to failure - no one is free from mistakes.

But all of us need a roadmap, a guide, a WAY to observe how the champions in life prepared for victory after suffering great loss.

How did they redeem themselves?

How can YOU redeem yourself?

That's the question.

And you'll discover the answer in The Unbeatable Man.

Don't just read this book. DEVOUR IT.

Go here and order NOW and I'll send you a FREE CD on The Power of Thought Vibration - which will help you achieve your dreams and goals with effortless effort.

Matt Furey

P.S. I'm willing to bet that if you get the CDs along with the book you'll be listening to this story over and over again. They're that good.

I'm here in Vancouver, Canada. Been here since Friday, attending a private MasterMind session as well as meandering around town eating great Thai and Mediterranean dishes.

The food here is fantastic - and believe it or don't - it's hard to spot any fat people.

I'm serious.

Go into a restaurant or bar here in Canada's Pacific North West and you'll have a difficult time finding an obese or morbidly obese person. And if you do, he or she is probably from the U.S. or some other ever-fattening country.

Last night I ate at a steakhouse called "The Keg" and when the waiter approached I said, "Could you please tell me where all the fat women are in Vancouver? I can't seem to find them anywhere?"

He laughed and said, "I don't have any idea."

Now, you might think it's the Vancouver diet that keeps the Canadians so much leaner than Americans - but that would only be part of the answer.

Fact is they MOVE. They walk, run, rollerblade and practice martial arts. And yes, there are a lot who do Combat Conditioning and Combat Abs.

The truth is you can keep yourself fit and trim if you make a vow to keep moving. And if you're out of shape, you can make tremendous progress if you'll begin moving your body through time and space.

Even so, there are other secret ways to accelerate the pace of your ongoing progress - and they are so fantastic that you'll want to begin using them straight away.

I let the "cat out of the bag" on these secrets before Christmas and they are helping people lose weight and feel great all over the planet.

Jump in NOW by going here as I'm only taking a select number of people at a time to lead to the promised land.

Make sure you're one of them.

I just looked over the Weight Loss Without Will Power program - which I announced on Sunday - to the delight of many all over the world.

Although I can send it out as is, and you'll be blown away, I've decided to go the extra mile and add a couple more DVDs to the mix.

Originally I told you that you'd be getting two DVDs plus a FREE tele-seminar.

But I want to make sure that no stone is left unturned - so I'm going to add a couple more segments that will blow your mind - and make the weight loss process I'm teaching you even more effortless than I had intended.

Not only that, I'm going to have two LIVE teleseminars instead of one.

So you know, I'm already getting people who attended last week's event writing to tell me how they're down three to five pounds - as well as easily fitting into their clothes.

One man from Canada came to my event expecting to go home 5-10 pounds heavier due to hotel food, etc. He had no idea I'd be teaching weight loss at my event. On Sunday the clothes that fit him "skin tight" before coming to Florida were getting baggy. How cool is that?

By the way, the fee for Weight Loss Without Will Power is going to be the same - even with all the extras I'm adding. We'll hold our first teleseminar next week (info will be sent to you) - and the product will go out next week.

If you haven't already ordered - and right now we are only making this available to 500 people because of the time I've committed to with you - then make sure you go here and order NOW.

Best,

Matt Furey

P.S. Another man wrote me last night. He didn't change his diet at all, except for eating the one food I recommended. He weighed himself after a big breakfast and was shocked to find himself three pounds lighter. If he hadn't eaten before weighing in he might have been five pounds lighter. Go here and order immediately.
