More on Five Second Abs
Dear Friend,
Oh my ... what a reaction I got to yesterday's
email on Five Second Abs. If you missed it you
can go "read all about it" here.
A number of you wrote to say "right on Matt - that
Farmer Burns exercise does work like magic."
Yet, one woman just didn't get it. She wrote a long
email, with photos of herself enclosed, wearing a very,
very, very short black skirt, pulled way way up -
showing off her abs - and a bit more. Her head was
cropped off the photos for some reason - which was strange.
I guess her point was this: Look Furey, I worked
"hard" for this body. I'm the type of person who
does 30 minutes of abdominal exercise per
day and "look at me. Don't tell me that I wasted
time each day looking this way."
The truth is this: Your muscles respond to stimulus.
And when it comes to your abdominals, they respond
to stimulus that is vigorous. Doing a 30-minute ab workout each
day can be tough - but the whole point of doing that
many is to get to the point where your abs contract
and tighten at the highest level possible."
So what if, instead of a 30-minute ab workout, you simply
do a deep breathing exercise, focus your mind and
"without moving" your whole body, consciously contract
the muscles you're trying to work? And what if, when
doing this, you "feel" the muscle working at a level you've
never felt it before?
And what if you started the program on a Friday, took your
waist measurement and wrote it down? And what if 30 days
later you lost several inches of flab off your waist from this
method?
Well, that's what happens when you do the Farmer Burns
abdominal exercise. It is powerful. It cuts right to the essence
of the matter.
And it gets results.
But hey, I understand. After you've struggled and
worked your butt off for years to look the way you do - it
is painful to hear someone say that you spent 90% more time
than necessary.
It's sort of like the cardio fanatics. It's painful for them to hear
someone
say, "Hey, wait a second. You're doing an hour of cardio a day???
You can get better results doing wind sprints or uphill wind sprints
3 x a week - and they'll only take you about 15 minutes?"
The bottom line is this: Your clothes don't care how hard you worked
to get fit. Your clothes will never say, "Yes, you've dropped five
inches off
your waist, but listen, you can't wear me because you didn't work
hard enough."
My friend - you have a choice. Save time and get the job done
fast by getting to the core of the problem - or spend all day working
out. As for myself, I have a lot more going on in my life than "my
workout." I would hope you can say the same.
Anyway, to find out more about the Farmer Burns stomach flattening
method - go here.
All for now.
Kick butt - take names!

Matt Furey
P.S. By the way, don't misunderstand. I never said you can eliminate all
the fat on your waist in five seconds. I simply said that you can get
great results
doing an exercise that takes two to five seconds. Try it for 30 days and
you'll
know what I mean. Again, the link is here.
