Oh, My Aching Hands
Dear Friend,
Got a couple questions to drive into today. So stand back and brace
yourself. You're going to get hit with a tidal wave of energy on this one:
Hello Matt,
As a Telecommunications Worker my job is mostly physical using my hands.
At 52 my bodily weaknesses are showing up. I need to harden my hands and
forearms so I can stay in this business for 10 more years. Please recommend
a program that would target hands and forearms.
Thank you for your assistance!
Kurt
M.F.: Kurt, the key for you right now is what I'd call strength/rehabilitation.
You're
not ready for pure hand strength training just yet. Let's get the weakness
corrected
and energize your limbs from the shoulder on down. This is best accomplished with
my program How to Eliminate Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Pain Within 30 Days. Now,
you may not have carpal tunnel. Doesn't matter Kurt. This program is for grip
strength,
eliminating hand, wrist and elbow pain - and it works remarkably fast. In fact, a
friend
of mine whose a bodyworker and accupuncturist told me that he tried everything to
eliminate his wrist pain. Her tried for two years. Then he got my program and
Eu-freakin
reka - the pain was almost gone within 1 day. After three days, totally gone. So
I'd rev
up the engine Kurt and grab that program here
Matt,
I need your advice on something. I purchased many of your products including the
Chinese Long-Life System . I teach profoundly mentally/physically handicapped
children.
One of my little girls who has seizure disorder had a gran mal seizure. She soon
came
out of it but was crying (she's non verbal).
I remember applying one of the massage techniques you teach to a girlfriend, the
one
where you alternate rubbing your palms around the chin and jawline. She said it
had a very soothing tranquil effect.
Just out of curiousity I tried it on this girl and within seconds she stopped
crying and
started to relax and smile. One of my little guys came in last week kind of
lethargic (from medication). I gently applied the 3 pressure point techniques
from disc one of the Chinese Long-Life System
He had the best day he's had yet. Alert, full of energy.
He was going all around the room in his gait trainer. My goal for this year is
for him to
walk on his own. He actually took a step on his own outside the gait trainer. A
first. What a milestone. He also signalled that he needed changing...something
he's never done before.
Do you think it's safe (and ethical) to gently apply these techniques as therapy.
Your
knowledge and advice would be appreciated. Thanks
Cliff
M.F.: Cliff. I think the work you have described is wonderful. I cannot fully
answer your question without saying that you need to check with the physician of
these kids as well as their parents.
If they are wise enough (let's hope) to give you the green light - those children
will be all the better for it. It does sound to me that you've stumbled onto a
use for these exercises that can truly change the lives of people who are
virtually ignored, or that we simply don't know how to help even if we want to.
I'm thrilled and proud to see your commitment to others. I wish you the
very best.
Matt,
I'm a trans-seksual and love your programs. Is there any way you can put me in
touch with
others on your list that are like me. Tanks.
Violet
M.F.: Violet, not a chance.
Well, my friend, tis all for today.
