The Lies of an Old Nun

Dear Friend,

When I was ready for 6th grade my parents pulled me out of the public schools and slammed me into a Catholic one.

They figured it would be good training for me. And it was - but not in the way they expected.

The first part of my training in Catholic schools was learning how to fight. Every day after school the boys would gather around me and I'd have to whomp someone's butt. After a couple weeks I literally had 50-60 kids following me home, prompting me to take on the next challenger.

I always found a way to oblige - and the trend continued until the crowd saw me round house kick a boy in the shoulder so hard that it went numb. I learned how to do this kick from watching the tee-vee series, Kung Fu, with David Carradine - and at the time this one kick qualified me as a karate expert ... as well as a sissy, because, at that time, only "girls" kicked.

In case you haven't already assessed it, that so-called Catholic school wasn't practicing anything that smacked of faith, hope and charity. I never set out to bother anyone when I enrolled - but my oh my, they sure set out to bother me.

Now, there was something I did do - and this thing was deliberate. Whilst in class I would crack my knuckles. Drove the old nuns batty.

As soon as they'd hear me cracking my knuckles they'd stop the class and lecture for a minute about the evils of this act - and how it would lead to big, gnarly and grotesque hands. Imagine that.

Well, in spite of the nuns insistence that I stop, I persisted. And today my hands are NOT gnarly and grotesque.

When I'm in China and go for my daily massage, the lady always cracks the knuckles on my hands and feet. In fact, she snaps them and pops them in a way that would make ole Sister Synesia (and yes, that was her name) cringe.

And do you know - in China - cracking of the joints is NOT considered bad manners or form. It is a health practice.

Matt Furey has a DAILY Politically Incorrect fitness tip for you!

Cracking your knuckles opens up the meridians of the body so the chi can flow the way it is supposed to.

So I recommend you do it daily. I also recommend you practice massaging the three most important LONGEVITY pressure points on your body. And I recommend you wake your body up, that you continualy rejuvenate, re-energize and revitalize your body with a series of slaps and pops on specific health points.

This is also a highly recommended practice in China - and for good reason. It helps you live longer and it helps you live in good health while you're alive. It is one thing to live a long time. It is quite another to remain healthy the entire time you're alive.

So crack your knuckes, massage your body and slap yourself along the meridians and pressure points. It's one of the best things you can do for yourself. It can add years to your life and LIFE to your years.

You can find all of the above in the Chinese Long-Life. At present we're down to nearly 40 sets left at the current introductory amount. So be sure to give yourself a whack on over to that site and order NOW.
