If I were to make a list of everything I know that helps you burn fat, it would be a long one.
For example, here are a number of things you can do to press the accelerator on your metabolism:
• Drink more water.
• Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
• Eliminate sugar from your diet.
• Eliminate high fructose corn syrup from your diet.
• Eliminate grains such as corn and wheat.
• Knock off the diet sodas.
• Don’t eat after 6pm.
• Increase protein consumption.
• And so on…
Now, we may not be in agreement on all of the items on this short list. But let me assure you most people will kick butt if they follow the advice I just gave.
