1. If you have mercury amalgam fillings in your teeth, get them removed. The amount of mercury in a typical filling would cause the E.P.A. to close a large sized lake. Just think what that does to your body. What happens is the mercury vapors seep up into the sinus cavities above the teeth and can easily penetrate into the brain. Also, look for a dentist who understands the severity of this problem and knows how to deal with it properly. When I asked my dentist in Tampa about it he immediately agreed with me that mercury amalgam fillings are BAD NEWS. Lucky for me, he's experienced in removing them. 10 years ago, however, when I brought this up to my dentist in Santa Cruz, California, he laughed and said the mercury amalgam debate was all "B.S." Naturally, he was almost retired when he said this and he probably felt he had to say what he did in order to justify his practice for the previous 40 years. I suspect that the American Dental Association will always maintain that the use of mercury amalgam fillings is a safe practice; imagine all the lawsuits that would result from "admitting it was dangerous." If you don't believe what I am saying, then do your own research - and it won't be long before you are convinced that what I am saying is true. I have plenty of anti-aging physicians who will back me up. 2. The second thing you can do to help prevent alzheimers is take pharmaceutical grade fish oil. Not just regular fish oil, mind you. It MUST be pharmaceutical grade so that the mercury and all other toxins are removed. Being I am not a fish lover, I reluctantly began using it last May and now I have my entire family on it - including my son. My wife even took it all through her pregnancy. Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil has been studied extensively for decades and it may be the key to you preventing alzheimers from ravaging your life or the life of a loved one. For more information as to why I recommend Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil so much - take a walk over here. Well, my friend, that's all for today. Kick butt - take names!
P.S. The Pharmaceutical Grade fish Oil I referred to does not give you any uncomfortable burping or fishy smell or odor. If it did, I sure as hell wouldn't recommend it. Why? Cuz I hate fish. I NEVER eat it. But I will take the oil - esp. when I know how beneficial it is. Again, go check out my article by clicking here. |
