Officer Sends News From Iraq
Dear Friend,
Watch the news on tee-vee and all we hear is
the 'negative' about the situation in Iraq. But
there really, truly is something good going on
over there. Just look at the following that was
posted this afternoon on the discussion board
for the Matt Furey Inner Circle:
'Today was a great day for two reasons:
1. I am living at Camp Cooke, Iraq. Today
while working out doing Combat Conditioning
in the so-called gym, another solider comes to
me and says 'Excuse me Sir, have you heard of
Matt Furey and Combat Conditioning? I saw you
'Walking the Wall.'
2. I have been bridging semi-seriously for a month
now. I could hold the bridge for 2 minutes, but couldn't
touch the nose. TODAY, I TOUCHED MY NOSE. It was a
little shaky at first, but I did it several times and able to
hold it. I got to show off to the recent convert!
Stay Hard,
Chaplain (CPT) R. Patrick Moore
US Army
M.F.: Chaplain, this is fantastic. Please give my personal
regards to the troops.
In addition, here's a little update from Aaron McKenzie (also
in the Inner Circle):
Howdy all,
I posted a message about kicking over from a head and hands
bridge 2 days ago. I made even more progress 24 hrs later.
But I want to reiterate something I have said before I get into that.
The Combat Stretching and Acrobat dvd's are worth every penny.
I cannot tell you how much they have helped me. 2 days ago, I was
using an 18 inch prop to kick over from a head and hands bridge. Last
night, I went down to a prop as low as 8 inches off the ground thanks to
the exercises demonstrated on the dvds and from the tips from Matt
and Nigel.
My goal on my 3X5 card is to be down to the floor one week from today.
My back, neck and spine are more flexible than ever. The workout I get
in my neck and back and abs from starting this exercise is unreal. In fact,
most of my ab work comes from my bridging exercises (I still do a few
exercises from Combat Abs, but my main focus is on improving my
bridging). And no, I have had NO pain in my back or neck from these
practices (something I was a little concerned about when I started).
Am glad that I took a chance and ordered Combat Conditioning a year
and a half ago. It put me on the fitness road that will keep me healthy
and strong for the rest of my life.
Thanks again for these great products. Looking forward to more in the future.
M.F.: Aaron, with the goal in mind and the work ethic you have, I'm
betting you're going to kick over sooner than you think. Great job.
Now, if you want to be raving like mad about how flexible and fit
you have become - then get involved now by ordering Combat Stretching.
It'll teach you how to bridge like never before - not only doubling your
flexibility overnight - but removes those awful kinks and knots that
make life measureable.
Best,

P.S.: Don't tell me you don't need flexibility. When you have it, you'll
find that it isn't just your body that moves better. Youre entire life does,
too. It's called flow. Want some? Then get involved now by going to Combat Stretching.
