Last night, J.C., an attendee at my seminar this past week, wrote to tell me he’s already down seven pounds.
So am I.
Previously J.C. went on a vegan program – and despite losing 30 pounds, he felt awful.
Weak, listless and full of brain fog.
He bought into the propaganda of meat being bad for you – and instead of cutting back (Meatless Mondays, huh?) – or eliminating all meat products completely (vegan), he’s becoming KING of his plate and his palate once again – and reaping the rewards.
Give me meat and give it to me NOW.
Here’s what I think:
If you want to burn fat and build muscle, you eat your meat.
If you want healthy joints, you eat your meat.
If you want a brain that functions properly, you eat your meat.
And yes, you make sure your meat contains FAT.
Just another opinion – from someone who’s been there and done it.
Seven pounds slid off J.C. with hardly any effort. He has 50 more to go. He is going to do it.
He will be fundamentally changed and empowered as a result.
In the near future I’ll be releasing some streaming video from this seminar. You’ll be amazed.
You will eat your meat and realize, perhaps for the first time in your life, that when you refused to eat your veggies as a youngster, that was a good idea.
Today is Monday.
Consider Monday as load-up day. Get the week started properly by eating MORE MEAT.
That’s the ticket.
