All it takes is one… leg, that is.
One leg that is stronger than the other. One leg that was injured in the past. One leg that is not walking the same way your other leg is.
Today I received the following email:
Matt,
I bought your Warrior Walking course yesterday. I tried the first exercise. Instantly, I could tell my left leg was not as strong to balance as my right leg. But with your course, I believe it’s a matter of time before both my legs are equally strong and stable.
Have a great day, Matt!

Good catch, Brandon. It’s a big club. Almost everyone is in it. Tis one of the reasons we see so many hip and knee replacements from people who are active. The imbalances add up, and the once silent joint killer rears its ugly mug. So glad you caught what’s off now. This practice will pay off HUGE.
Warrior Walking is now available after months of tweaks that give everyone a way to get started regardless of their current fitness level.
Forget the 10,000 steps per day madness.
10 minutes a day of Warrior Walking will do you far, far, FAR more good.
