And if working out is part of your daily plan, or you just need to get to work, you might not feel up to the task.
This is natural and normal, but you want to zap it as soon as you can so it doesn’t linger throughout the day.
I view the early morning as your mind-body sending you a signal to get up and get moving – but to start slowly and gently.
This means that getting up and immediately going outside to run is probably not a good idea.
Why?
Because you have yet to do anything to “grease up them joints.”
Getting your joints loose is the first order of business – and once they are loose, the brain-body fog immediately exits.
As you go through all the major joints and loosen them up, you move stagnant energy out of the body and replace it with vitality.
Find out how you can do this fast in my Combat Stretching DVDs.
Brain-body fog begone. NOW.
Kick ass – take names!
