If you’re feeling a bit blah, at any time of the day, and you want to exercise, but you can’t get yourself to follow through, then this message will be the fix you’ve been looking for.
When you observe animals closely, even those that are domesticated, you’ll find that they spend a lot of time each day, supposedly “resting” in various postures.
This is also true of birds, frogs, reptiles and insects. All of these creatures take time to stand, sit or lay in various postures, oftentimes for long periods.
What these creatures are doing in these postures is virtually lost to the masses. We rarely take time to consider that these creatures are restoring their energy levels by increasing blood flow.
On top of the above, these postures the animals put themselves into also tonify their internal organs and strengthen their tendons.
I began learning about various power postures that human beings could also utilize to great advantage more than 30 years ago. I incorporated them here and there.
15 years ago, I dove into this world of standing and sitting postures in a big way, and they are now a MAJOR part of my daily training regimen.
These postures are the key to staying youthful for as long as you possibly can. They are also they key to keeping your joints healthy and your tendons strong and supple.
That’s why I am now teaching them in my new course, Power Postures-Tiger Tendons, which I strongly encourage you to look into NOW.
You’ll be thrilled with what you uncover, and it will benefit you more than you can currently imagine.
Best,
Matt Furey
