Whenever you begin doing something new, you usually start out doing it badly.
A seemingly simple exercise you watch someone else doing can surprise you with how difficult it really is.
This is why I always encourage you to begin with the “low hanging fruit.” Start small and allow momentum to kick in.
Avoid the tendency to begin big and give up shortly thereafter.
Instead of getting out of your comfort zone – FIND your comfort zone and allow it to expand organically.
With this approach you’ll be amazed that you end up, over time, going way beyond your current comfort zone, and doing so with effortless effort.
In my most recent YouTube video, Bad, Better, Best! you’ll see what I’m rapping about.
