It’s Friday and I have a lot of coaching calls to do today.
And before I do them, I want to make sure I reach out to you and tell you how important it is to continuously work on your flexibility.
Grease up your joints. Give them plenty of lubrications. Don’t let your body rust out from within.
Make sure you’re continually moving in a circular way.
