Hi Matt, happy new year!
I too have given up beer to experience life and all it has! If you want a buzz get high on life as we used to say, so true!
Question; I’m 65 and have been using Combat Conditioning since I bought it in 2000. For the first time my left knee has started hurting chronically.
Do the Hindu squats exacerbate the problem or help? I seem to remember emails long ago saying they help.
Thanks, keep it comin!

Dear Hank.
It taint your age and it taint Hindu squats that are the culprit. Yes, Hindu squats are beneficial for the knees. Neglect is the worst thing for your body, by far. Even so, it is a good idea to adjust how you do any type of squat, Hindu or otherwise, depending on your current condition. This is why I teach slow motion squats as well as the holding of various stances, as shown in the Power Postures course. If you always train at the same speed, especially a fast one, you’re asking for trouble. Slow it down. Way, waaaaaay down. Then hold various positions until your muscles are shaking and quaking. At that point you’ll realize you’re hitting secondary muscles, fascia and tendon, which you can drive past, unwittingly, when you do everything quickly. Slow it down and you’ll uncover how you need to be moving to get out of pain. Keep me posted on your progress.

P.S. I’m having a Goal-Getting™ Intensive on Wednesday, January 15, at 7 PM EST. It will be a two-hour presentation, followed by a QnA, that will begin to immediately change your life the second you do what I am teaching you to do. There is a fee involved, $197, which is ridiculously low compared to the results you can get from following my method. Only 3 seats remain. Interested? Then email me: goals@psycho-cybernetics.com and I will get you the information to register.
