Hyper Hindu Squats
On December 31, 1999, I began doing the first of 2,000-straight Hindu squats at 11 PM. One hour and 16 minutes later, I finished.
I did not collapse afterward, nor did I look for a puke bucket.
What’s more, on January 1, I went back to my regular daily routine of 500-straight reps.
Now for the details of this adventure:
Several months earlier, I was stuck. My thighs burned with lactic acid at 40 reps and I could not go beyond that number no matter how hard I tried.
Truth is I never thought I’d ever see the day when I could do 100-straight, much less 250, 500 or 2,000.
And yet it happened.
I attained the goals of 100, 250, 500, and 2,000-straight reps because I learned a system that I locked onto. As I followed that system, my abilities and confidence soared.
An eerily similar situation occurred last year with another exercise.
For many years I have admired those who could rip a deck of 52 poker cards in half.
I began working toward this goal in the summer of 2021. I was making good progress until a fellow fitness coach insisted that I could accomplish the feat in one day.
This would be the equivalent of telling a beginner he could do 2,000 Hindu squats on Day One. Perhaps you can, but the chance of injury is greatly magnified.
Well, to my own detriment, I temporarily allowed myself to be infected with the instant-results approach in lieu of the smarter approach I was taught by a master strongman. And I injured myself severely.
The great news is I got back on the card-ripping wagon last year, and was amazed at how I made rapid progress, albeit with a slow-and-steady approach.
A six-month step-by-step system worked so effectively that I tore through a deck of 52 cards in far less time than I had planned. And since then I’ve added many more cards to the deck.
As a result of this hand-and-finger strengthening exercise, I have noted many improvements in numerous areas of my life, not just those that are fitness related.
Believe it or not, as all first-year medical students learn, there is more real estate in your hands that is connected to your brain than any other area of the body. This theory is known as Homunculus, a Greek word that means “little man.”
It really ought to be translated as “BIG MAN,” because that’s how you will feel about yourself when you do something HUGE; something you didn’t think you would ever be able to pull off.
My overall point is this: There’s a way to achieve a goal with low-brow, Neanderthal methods that can hurt you, and there’s a gentler way, based on the science of the brain and central nervous system, that leads to duplicatable results you can improve upon without injury or burnout.
Choose the wiser of the two paths.
Learn a system that delivers real results that are legendary; results that will stun friends, family and most anyone else.
And make sure the system you are following is not destroying your body in the process.

P.S. Next week I’ll be hosting a Hindu Squats Intensive, where I reveal the secrets of my system of getting to 100, 500 and 2,000-straight reps. By the way, this “secret” is NOT hard, hard work, It is smart, smart work.
Anyway, as a special bonus to those who enroll NOW, you’ll also be allowed to participate in the Herculean Hands Intensive I’m having with Master Strongman David Whitley, a man who can do the seemingly unthinkable with his hands. You would not want to fight him, either. Not just due to his strength, either. He also happens to be a studly martial artist, too.
The Hindu Squats Intensive alone is $99 – but when you say YES now, you will also get to participate in the bonus Herculean Hands Intensive at no additional charge (it’s normally $99 as well).
Ready to enroll immediately? Then email me now to get the link.
This double-intensive will take place on Wednesday, April 30, at 7 PM EST. It will run for 90 minutes, but knowing me, it could go longer as I tend to always overdeliver. You will, in fact, take pages of notes from what you will learn and put to use.
Get all your questions answered next week. Live demonstrations of technique, form, breathing, mind power, et cetera.
Again, $99 for the first intensive and no additional charge for the second when you enroll NOW.
Yes, this offer is subject to change on a daily basis, so jump on this now, to give yourself the bargain of a lifetime.
