After yesterday’s “Dadgummit” email, I got quite a response.
Two people wanted to know what the ‘s’ word is. Being someone who never, or should I say, hardly ever uses profanity, hehe, let me ‘splain it to you dis a way.
The ‘s’ word begins with ‘s’ and ends with ‘t.’ There are two letters betwixt those two consonants, one is an “eye” and the other is the first letter in the word “horse.”
Aside from those two repliers, I had someone ask me to hire him, to write emails, me thinks. Perhaps he doesn’t catch the twang or sarcasm in my deliberate mishspellings.
And then there was an awesome email from Harlan, who wrote the following about Warrior Walking:
“As soon as I saw the first video I realized this was no mere walking exercise.
Heck no. This was an incredible workout for upper and lower body.
I must have watched the video a dozen times. Not because it’s difficult. It’s not.
It was in wonder that so simple an exercise can be so powerful.
I know this is about walking but run – don’t walk to get these videos.”
Thanks mucho, Harlan. I appreciate the endorsement… and I want to add a little surprise to what you stated.
You might think I’m joking, or simply using a marketing ploy when I say, “Just sit there and watch me.”
You might assume that I’m BS’ing you with a line from some of the old martial arts ads, where you were told you didn’t even need to practice, all you had to do was watch the videos and the techniques would instantly download into your brain, and whenever you needed to defend yourself, with no training whatsoever, you would be able to do so.
That, my friend and fellow warrior, is not what I’m saying, nor is it what Harlan is stating.
What Harlan is referring to is science. Real science of how your mind works. It’s based upon the “mirror neurons” inside your brain.
These mirror neurons fire when you watch someone doing something. These neurons encode the information you are watching as though YOU are also doing it.
Fascinating, eh? But it gets better because the more you sit and watch me, the more desire you will have to get off the couch and join in the fun.
This is how you got started as a young-in. You watched someone else do something, and whether it was a good or bad thing, the more often you observed the behavior, the greater the likelihood that you would begin doing so, too.
Come to think of it, that’s how I got started swearin’. I watched my brothers and their friends swear, and through zero fault of my own – HA – I became a dadgum swearer.
Anyway, before this email runs on much longer, I must reiterate that ole Harlan nailed it. Mmmm hmmm. He sure as hell did.
Watch me perform the patterns in Warrior Walking. Just plop your booty on a cushy with zero intention of following my lead, and I guarantee you’ll get up and join in the dance soon afterward.
And after doing so, you’ll feel better than the taste of your favorite ice cream or the smell of a great cup of coffee brewing.
Warrior Walking, baby! That’s the ticket.
Go here to get started NOW.

P.S. Sales were HUGE yesterday. Time is running out before the fee for this course goes UP.

P.S. Yes, me thinks Warrior Walking is better than ice cream for your soles and your soul, even without you curbin’ the swearin’.
