You haven’t heard from me in awhile.
And I have a valid excuse.
I was in China, kicking my ass off.
I trained in tai chi for more than five hours each day.
I skipped rope for 1,000 to 2,000 reps. I also did pushups, squats and joint loosening exercises.
If that wasn’t enough, I walked five miles per day.
And at almost 56 years of age, I’m feeling younger than I was at 36.
My joints feel awesome. My balance is off the charts. And my ego runneth over – but that’s nothing new.
Shameless Plug: You can view the new videos I shot in China on the Matt Furey Inner Circle membership site.
More videos from the trip as well as the results I want to discuss with you will be going up soon.
By the way, when I left for China, I weighed 198 pounds; the same weight I competed at in 1997, in Beijing, when I won the world championship.
Guess what?
I made some major changes that are LASTING in order to get down to that weight.
No, I’m not a vegetarian or vegan or fruitarian or raw food guy.
I eat crap loads of meat everyday.
And my digestion has NEVER been BETTER.
I’ll be telling you all about it soon.
In the interim, make sure you’re part of the Matt Furey Inner Circle, so you get to see what the Fure-cat is doing.
Also, be looking for a Fure-cat Fitness seminar later this year.
Until then…. don’t ever forget to…
Kick Ass and Take Names,
Matt Furey
