Back when I was growing up in Iowa, there was a sitcom I used to watch.
Alice was its name and one of the main characters, Flo, used to regularly tell various schmart-ass customers or fellow employees to “kiss my grits.” Even at that time, when I was much younger, much more naive (and hadn’t yet turned cursing into a fine art form), I could figure out what that Flo meant.
What a polite way to say something without completely saying it.
Well last night I read an email from a guy who wrote me an inspiring message, telling me that I am a race cyst, or at bare minimum, “race cyst adjacent.”
And he came to this conclusion because I have used the word “woke” in some of my emails, in a derogatory fashion, no doubt.
According to this guy, the “non-woke” are destroying this country. Hardee-har-har-har. Now that’s friggin funny.
I felt that I needed to channel Flo, but I declined.
Instead, I got busy doing my Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener workout, but I had to take several laugh breaks, some of which were working my abdominals in a way I cannot match, even with this fat incinerating exercise.
Now, you might not be familiar with my buddy, Farmer Burns.
He lived a long time ago – in the late 1800’s and 1900’s. He was a professional wrestler, back when it was supposedly real. He only lost six times in 6,000 matches.
He was also famous for doing a number of strength feats, one of which was a six-foot hangman’s drop. He had an 18 or 19-inch neck, yet only weighed 165 pounds. The extra girth in his neck protected him from being hung out to fry.
Anyway, the Farmer put out an incredible course in 1914, Lessons in Wrestling and Physical Culture. And although you may not care for the wrestling part of it, there’s a treasure-trove of old-time bodyweight exercises he taught that truly rock. Especially the ones for strengthening the shoulders and eliminating pain, from virtually any and all directions and angles.
Then there’s his exercises for creating a six-pack in the abdominal region. Priceless!
I’ve been promoting this course for 25 years… and counting.
It continues to crush. And for a reason. It’s that freakin good.
If eliminating shoulder pain and/or taking an inch or three off your midsection is something you want to do, I suggest you get this course NOW.
Armed with the Farmers exercises, you will…
Kick ass and take names.

By the way, I put together a series of videos that go through all 12 lessons the Farmer taught – in grand and glorious detail. If you’re into catch wrestling and physical culture, you may want to get them.
