Did you know that cats sleep 18-20 hours per day?
And they don’t do it all at once, either. They cat nap. Over and over.
Maybe that’s why cats get nine lives.
Here’s something else you might want to know. Cats, including domesticated ones, never lose their predatory instincts.
20 years ago or so, I read an article in National Geographic about cats. In the article I learned that with the exceptions of the cheetah and the now extinct sabertooth tiger, all cats, anatomically speaking, are the same.
Sure, some are bigger than others, but structurally speaking, a cat is a cat is a cat.
Great. What’s that got to do with you?
Well, it just so happens that one of the patterns I teach in Warrior Walking, emphasizes the cat’s movements.
And let me tell you, when you walk the way I’m teaching, doing so slowly and methodically, you develop unreal balance and leg strength.
You step lightly. Very, very lightly. Then you learn to rock back and forth, and as you’re doing this, oh my gawd, the electrical energy from the earth shoots through your legs and up your spine.
When you walk this way you go into another whirld, one where you lose track of time.
Your legs get stronger. Much, much stronger.
And the best part is this: If you start out with 50 to 100 of these catlike steps per day, I believe it will do your mind and body far more good than 10,000 or 20,000 regular steps per day.
You may not believe this to be true, but belief is not required to feel the exhilarating effects of this type of walking.
Even better, there are seven other ways of walking, having nothing to do with cats, that will ramp up your energy as well.
In fact, I used one of these walking patterns to make my hands so strong that I ripped a deck of poker cards in half.
How’s that grab ya?
Warrior Walking is the way to go.
Get it NOW.
