If you look at the majority of injuries that take place in sports, martial arts and everyday life, most of them are tendon/ligament injuries.
Yet, in the western world, the “solution” to reducing injuries is to make your muscles bigger, stronger, tighter and shorter with weight training.
Yes, you can get bigger and stronger with weights, but over time, because you’ve made the muscles tighter and shorter, if you don’t also practice restorative and regenerative exercises, your body becomes rigidified and metalized. Your body becomes the very thing you are pushing and pressing. You pump iron and your body becomes iron.
Let me tell you, these subtle movements that I incorporated into my training, movements that resemble how everything in nature moves, accelerated my skills dramatically.
These movements turned my body into a whip, giving me a coiling, spring-like whole-body-moves-as-one type of energy, something I had never known before, at least not at the level I have it today.
Not even close.
And the even better news is that I am continually improving. I’m get more flexible, more fluid, more dynamic and stronger as I “age.”
Don’t know about you, but the idea of being pain-free, quick, nimble and flexible in my 60’s, 70’s and beyond, is what I want. And this is a skill set that I want to pass on to you as well.
That’s why I’ve come out with my ground-breaking new course, Power Postures-Tiger Tendons.
People who’ve studied with me for years are already writing and calling to tell me that they are literally “blown away” by the detailed insights I have brought to the table.
Make sure you join them by latching onto Power Postures-Tiger Tendons, today.
Best,
