Last night I was watching an amazing video on YouTube, and I couldn’t believe much of what I was hearing.
But then again, I did.
’twas nearly two hours long, so that video better be good to hold my attention that long.
It was an old video, back when speakers gave slide presentations instead of Power Point. And even though I couldn’t clearly see everything on the slides, let me tell ya, it was sensational.
During the speaker’s talk, he mentioned how modern day human beings do NOT have bodies that are made to live in this whirld.
What?
Then he elaborated, comparing the human foot, ankle and knee to that of primates, which we supposedly evolved from (a topic I’ll cover at a later date). He pointed out the flaws in the design of our lower limbs, and suggested that our bodies wear out because of this poor design.
Well, there is some truth to this… but I don’t completely agree, nor should you… because if you do, you are an orthopedic surgeon’s dream patient. They will love you as they give you a new knee, hip, ankle, and so on.
But what you’re not being told is that you can train your body to adapt to this whirld, and hopefully, this adaptation will keep you away from the surgeon’s hacksaw. Yes, you can train your lower body in such a way that your body is regenerating itself instead of deteriorating.
Quite some time ago, I started teaching how your body will regenerate itself to members of those who have invested in my Power Postures course.
And now I am putting out additional, super specific “joint and tendon” exercises that I am now teaching to members of the Furey Faithful.
Two weeks ago I gave seven exercises for strengthening your feet and toes, and this week I’m going to put up a lot more.
I have some additional exercises for the toes and feet, and how they tie into the ankles, knees and hips.
Then I have some ultra specific rehabilitation exercises for the knees, that I’m certain you haven’t seen before, or probably ever will, unless I put them out there for you… or you were fortunate enough to travel the world with me, seeing what I see, and doing what I do.
These exercises are HUGE in delivering benefits that no one else will ever tell you about.
These exercises are a combination of what I call Tiger Isometrics, as well as some short-range isotonic movements.
If you’re in pain, or feel that you’re body is breaking down or getting weaker, especially in the feet, ankles and knees… then I would skedaddle on over to the Furey Faithful and become a member, pronto.
These exercises are game changers.
Kick ass – take names!
